“I recently went into this store (on aprox Broadway and Alameda) as I was having issues with my tire and then my battery. I had gone in before ,simple and quick, just to grab something.
One of the guys came out to my car and helped me find out what the problem might be. He, and the other people working that day, were very respectful and courteous while being honest about the possible problem.
The guy didn't try to get me to buy something I didn't need, even though I was willing to buy a brand new battery. I instead ended up buying a spray for the corrosion on the battery connections and also a tire gauge. They also were very patient as I asked quite a few questions!
I can't tell you how much I appreciate not being taken advantage of. Trust between business and consumer is not what it was 20-30 years ago and to have found a place I can trust and give my loyalty to is refreshing.
I totally recommend this store to those needing help or parts!”

“I didn't shop here, or buy batteries. But I did pull into their parking lot to start cleaning up my 6 year old who vomitted in the car in the middle of highway 36 as it's right off the exit. One of the staff members there came out and offered us to come in through the back door and use their restroom to get cleaned up and found plastic bags for us for her clothes, etc. This was a small kindness, but meant a lot to us to help deal with a hard situation. So I don't know about their batteries, but I do know they're decent people! Thanks for help!”
“Freezing weather and no one anywhere else could replace front bulb for my jeep grand Cherokee without going to a dealership and paying $170. Dane went above and beyond to go outside in the freezing weather and change it. Kind and professional. I am truly grateful and this is why I continue to only go to O’Reilly not the new big Auto Zone next door. Employees like this are hard to find, promote him.”

“I have to admit that I was very skeptical at first. After taking my 2011 Ford F-350 to the Ford Dealership to see why the factory remote start did not work right and pointed out the key fobs might be bad, they had the unit for three days and then said they had to order key fobs, I then got my truck and took it to my local Batteries Plus and the clerk was great, I got two new Fobs and the programming and an hour later everything worked perfect! I was very impressed and satisfied.”

“Came in for some windshield wipers and I couldn’t figure out how to put them on. Went back and Carlos came out to help me, well I bought the wrong ones and he helped me locate the correct ones at another location (told me what ones to make sure I got as welll) while I grabbed something else in the store he went back out and put my old wipers back on for me. He was such a nice young man. As I was leaving another employee coming in for their shift held the door and wished me a nice day. Staff here is wonderful and I appreciate their customer service! Thank you!”

My hands has been forced into advance auto and auto zone recently because I'm sick of getting the wrong parts or the long line I'm forced to wait in..
Just to receive the won't part! It's sad that I can point out and will wait another long period of time for the cashier's who know what I'm needing.”

“I called 2 minutes to close on 1/24/25 after an awful experience at a competitors store down the street. I needed a serpentine belt for my car that I need to fix that evening. Not only was the salesman extremely polite, he and his coworker stayed late to assist me in getting the correct belt I needed. Both salesmen were so amazing and really represented your company extremely well. I am so grateful for both of their help and was able to complete the job on my car. THANK YOU!!”

I work on more obscure stuff and he always manages to pull through with parts for me! And if he can’t get it which is rare he will tell me where to get it. This shop is my go to for parts, supplies and proper help.”
