On the installation day, I received a text letting me know 45 minutes in advance before Carlos arrived within the promised windows. Carlos is a true professional and full of courtesy. During the installation, he was patient, treated my car like his own, and completed his job without making any marks nor scratches on the wheels!

“I didn't shop here, or buy batteries. But I did pull into their parking lot to start cleaning up my 6 year old who vomitted in the car in the middle of highway 36 as it's right off the exit. One of the staff members there came out and offered us to come in through the back door and use their restroom to get cleaned up and found plastic bags for us for her clothes, etc. This was a small kindness, but meant a lot to us to help deal with a hard situation. So I don't know about their batteries, but I do know they're decent people! Thanks for help!”

“My check engine light came on and I was panicking because I needed to be somewhere in an hour and my car was flashing various lights and shutting down. I rushed in and Emerson ran the diagnostic on my engine, discovered the problem, and fixed it all within about 5 minutes when I would have paid a hefty fee to take it into a shop for them to tell me that my battery cable had come loose. As someone who does not know a lot about vehicles, I rely on the experts and mechanics at shops like these and I thoroughly appreciate Emerson's time to help me out and to calm me down when he could see that I was starting to spiral. We had a lovely little conversation about our pets afterward and everyone in the shop was very kind. Keep doing what you're doing, gentlemen.”

“I went to the location at 2401 West Belleview in Littleton, Colorado today to purchase air filters for my engine and cabin. I drive a 2017 Volkswagen GTI, and I needed to change these filters, not ever doing this by myself. Joshua was at the counter and helped me look up these two filters, to make sure I was buying the correct ones for my vehicle. After I paid for the items, he asked me if I had ever installed them before, and of course I said no. I rather jokingly asked him if he wanted to install them for me. I was so surprised when he said he’d gladly do that for me. And he did! What a GREAT salesperson, what a wonderful human being. You just don’t find this kind of kindness in people anymore, and I think it’s important that your company know just how gracious and thoughtful Joshua was. He made my day! Thank you Joshua for being so kind and helping me without question. I wish there were more people like you in this world.”

Between that store and this store , everyone was helpful and kind!”

Pricing is right about the same as you could get online so you can put your hands on the battery you are considering and still get fair pricing.”
“I've used this location for fixing screens on our phones before but this time I reached out to them to see about getting a new key and key fob for my recently purchased care. Jon, the employee I dealt with was very informative and honest about wishing he could help but not being able to because of the year and model of my car. He said their system was not able to support the programming. I appreciated his honesty and not wanting to give it a try. He made sure I knew there would be a possibility of the key I had no longer working if we tried. It says a lot about his character. Some people don't think about the possible consequences. The battery was bad, he was able to get me a battery and install a new one. He was great, went above and beyond!”

I was stressed out dealing with a battery issue + broken rear turn signal bulb and I was immediately greeted with kindness when I walked in. Luke truly went above and beyond to assist me. First he found the replacement bulb and then he walked out to the parking lot to install it for me. On top of that, he took the time to run a free diagnostic test on my battery and alternator to ensure my car was safe to drive home. Luke was incredibly kind, knowledgeable, and professional—completely opposite to the frustrating experience I had with a roadside technician earlier today. “Went in to get oil and a filter there was a bit of confusion on my end about a deal they were having (it was buy 5 gallons of oil get the oil filter free, I didn’t read the part it said select only I pointed it out to the cashier after he rang me up and he told me he could find one and give me the discount I was in a hurry so I told it’s okay , he took the time to do it anyway later I notice I had a $10 credit . Definitely great customer service cashier name was Jason”

“I went to this O’Reilly‘s location this morning to correct a dead battery issue possibly turned out. He tested all of my equipment. The battery the auxiliary battery for the start stop the alternator and the starter. Christopher came out and located at the negative terminal was loose. He tightened it up vehicle started up no problem. I want to thank Chris personally for being straight with me and honest as I always have good deals with O’Reilly auto parts and thank O’Reillys for having people like him on staff, that actually care and take care of the customer
