The London guy(sorry if misspelled, lost the business card already) knows what he is doing or at last knows who to contact for the technical problem, transferred my accounts in less than 15 minutes, respectful and easy to talk to. The register lady is also super nice fast and respectful. Pretty efficient team. bravo!
