Vanessa was professional, courteous and friendly and went through the horror of contacting my insurance. There was no reasonable response from them; the credit union was about to close. “Nearly all of the negative comments seem to be about parking. This lot has all the appearances of being a private lot unless you've never ventured outside the burbs. One complainer posted a picture showing no parking signs high up on the pole on either side of the spot and somehow imagined the signs didn't apply to the spot they were in??? Another leveraged a quick trip to the bank into a long parking session while they also went out for lunch??? People need to use more common sense.Finally, a big thanks for letting Paw-n-Play use the parking lot for their annual Howl-oween.”
