“I just moved to Arvada recently and am glad that this is now my closest branch. I came in today to cash a number of savings bonds so I was here for two hours. First, Tess helped me with the bonds and was great to work with - she was kind, helpful, and detail oriented. Since I was here for so long, I observed a so many patrons come in and be welcomed by the team. It seems like the employees here know everyone and care for them as humans. This feels like a community meeting spot in a refreshing way. Looking forward to continuing to be a customer here.”

“I’ve banked with Canvas since they were Public Service. They’ve done well for me as a basic banking institution. They do generally have a long wait if you have to go into the branch. I’d say I typically wait 20 to 30 minutes in line when I go into the branch. I’m not a huge fan of a lot of the staff mostly due to unprofessionalism. I’ve walked in there many times to only hear inappropriate conversations going on or I feel like I’m a bother to the staff. However, I just had a potential fraud situation pop up and they dealt with it swiftly within the hour I was in and out, and no fraud occurred on my account. The representative (Jennifer) that helped me was professional and kind.”

“I've been going to this branch for years. The tellers are always so kind and helpful. Just today I went in to get some cashier's checks. Unfortunately I didn't get the fellas name, but he caught a spelling error on the name of the company and I caught that 2 words should have been 1. Kinda funny that we worked together to make it right. I was also talking to another customer standing in line who had on a nice pair of Jordans. I complimented his shoes and we ended up talking about all sorts of things in line. It was just really nice to be surrounded by kind people.”
