Hey it was great experience. Lady was so nice and helpful. I didn’t have a account with them just cashing there checks. But nice people. If I lived closer I would bank there.

People are nice enough but the online banking experience is a huge pain. Their atm was out of service but that didn't stop them from charging me 3.50 for using a competing bank's machine. Sleepy!

All very helpful and friendly people. Very knowledgeable and well-connected. I highly recommend trying Citywide if you have had trouble with some of the big-name banks in town.
