The store has recently undergone a remodel, resulting in more spacious aisles, enlarged produce and meat sections, and improved layout, although some items may initially be in unfamiliar places. The staff at King Soopers are highly praised for their friendliness and hard work. Notable employees include a dedicated cashier known for her friendly service and efficiency, as well as a fuel center worker who went above and beyond by changing a flat tire and teaching a customer how to do it. Other employees are often seen stocking shelves or tidying up, with the store manager and his team actively engaging with customers during shopping. Despite some inconvenience from recent remodeling, customers recognize the store’s improvements and the efforts of employees enduring the physical demands of retail work. Customers are encouraged to be patient during changes and to appreciate the dedicated employees who strive to serve them well.
This is one of the nicest, cleanest of the King Soopers. I've been a KS shopper for decades and yet to find a kinder and more helpful employee than Tim. Thank you for him being in your employ !
