Slow to fill and apathetic service at best. Since we switched to this location our refills have been lightning fast and they are always friendly and professional. They under-promise and over-deliver. I'm very impressed and thankful.”

“I think the people who gave one star must be the privileged type. Every time I go there the service is fantastic and friendly and they always ask if I have any questions. They even recommended the good rx card they sell. It saves more than insurance on all of my medications.”
“2 workers that were stocking up the fruit were soo nice, and also when I was walking to my car a worker came up to me asked me if he can help upload my car and even took the cart back for me, I saw him do this to other people. He was a young blond boy he seemed very nice, polite and worked hard. He kept himself busy even if it was a slow hour. People that work here are nice and hard workers.”

Wish the staff were more "eager" to help customers, every time I've asked for help I'm generally "nonchalantly" pointed in the basic direction of what I need. “I give this store 4 stars because they are the gold standard every grocer should follow. From their meat selection to their produce King Soopers is the gold standard. This review is for the King Soopers on Wadsworth and 80th in Westminster CO.Most of my complaints on Yelp are due to young people and this one is no different. Young people refuse to do more than their asked and if given any liberty they take advantage, The guy I'm about to describe probably works his butt off so I hope he chalks this up to experience.I had surgery on a foot an need to get around with the help of electric carts the store offers. I sat down on one and the seat was covered in water so I was now sporting a wet keister. I found the cart retrieval staff and told him. He responded it was someone else's job to clean them. I told him that he navigated the cart all the way in and parked it as ready to use and now I was wet. He said "yep" and walked away. After shopping I returned my cart only to notice the cast seat was still covered in water. I got the manager and he wiped it offering "They shouldn't be outside any way"..seriously parents, there's got to be a better way. Teach your children to not hesitate going the extra mile..These are the people who will be taking care of us when we are old and feeble..”
“I have shopped this store several times a week for the past five years. It’s a great neighborhood market. Great employees, from the manager to the cashiers. I can usually count on meeting the store manager, Joey or his assistant, in an aisle stocking, tidying up when I’m shopping. He sends a good message.Yes, things have changed recently, the store remodel and layout. Items can be found in "odd" places until the store remodel is complete. Be patient. It’s almost complete. The employees have endured the same inconvenience as their customers. A big plus from the remodel. There’s more room! The aisles have been shortened, wider end aisles. Produce and meat enlarged. I work in retail and know what a chore it is to move literally tons of product and shelving to accommodate a remodel.Yes, the store is stocked and re-stocked during the day. I like that. It keeps the shelves full. Want to know where an item is? Just download the King Soopers app. I find it invaluable. Or, the stockers are eager to help me find any item I can’t. Just ask.I can sympathize with anyone who works on a concrete floor for eight hours a day, lifts literally a ton of products either by checking and/or stocking shelves and serves a hundred or more customers per shift. If you’re not greeted with a wide smile, pretend you’re in their shoes, feet and back aching. Give them a break. Better yet, give them one of your smiles. They are here for you, despite how they may feel.If you left this store for another, come back and see the improvements made. “Went to the deli at KS 64th and sheridan to get boars head low sodium turkey. the lady whose name i failed to get sliced the best turkey i have had any where. approx 11am. who ever she is needs to teach everyone slicing how to slice. most slice it so thin it turns out to be a jumbled mess. This lady sliced it a tad bit thicker and the slices are perfect, not a jumbled mess. 5 stars to this lady. i hope she is the mgr of that dept and will teach others how to slice.”
