There is a king soopers policy that has been accepted in all of Colorado for helping the customer in times where there is no receipt to give them the return of their hard earned Cash under the amount of $10 and have even helped with checking the self checkout kiosks to confirm this for me in my past. I have personally numerous times helped customers in need when they haven't had a receipt as ive worked for king soopers for 5 years. Understandably we know there are thieves that mean to steal and to fight the system, I am a regular known customer with a disability that gets their prescriptions from here. Tanya will stare you down for 10 seconds with evil intent if you decide to ask for help of a higher up manager like I did asking for the Store manager, unprofessionalism is every where here. According to this store, the Store manager is allowed to change king soopers policy's that are state wide because it is their Store and they can do what they please and not accept customers purchased items. The Store manager here even goes as far to say that they do not use security cameras here to be able to check what I am requesting. Filled with many excuses for not wanting to do the job which they were hired to do. This store has nice employees who understand, and others who will stare you down for 10 seconds until you make it KNOWN to get there manager there. On a case by case basis, the Store manager told me that they would be able to enact this long time king soopers policy and it would be different for each customer. That is the truth I'm looking for, not these head clerks who do not understand the rules of the company and try to harrass you by giving you a look of great challenge. This isnt how "Service" desk or the head clerks working the check out lines should treat long time hard working disabled customers. Thank you for at least trying to help Mr Store Manager I hope next time the policy can be taken up as all of the other King Soopers Stores have and also corrective action to your employees who try to stare down the customer, I also didn't appreciate that all the front floor employees came to circle around and listen to my count their were 5 total people and the service desk agent that were listening in. Proper enacted policies must not be able store by store basis and must be a "Company" policy. I will be contacting the district managers about this issue as it has happened more than it should there are specific methods on how to work the service desk and it shouldn't be up to the employee or ANY manager but the company policy that is enacted into this district.

This is a good grocery store. The produce is always fresh, the shelves are well stocked, and they handle busy times well.

I usually go through the self check out line. Went through checker today. She was very rude and short. Go through self check and stay away of the employees moods.

I am not going to king supers, chain ever again. Every time when I shop there, it's big disappointment. For example, the Delhi section, it's a joke. People are rude. Seems like they don't wanna work there at all. And when they give you a product

We drive past this King Soopers to go to the newer one in the Candelas because the Customer Service here is terrible. We've had bad interactions at the deli multiple times and the front end staff just stands around and gossips about fellow employees instead of interacting with guests. The pharmacy customer service is typically great, but new employees have been short and seem upset that you're filling a prescription.
It's not all employees, one of their assistant managers is great and a few of the guys in self check out are always nice.
I'll edit this review to mention that you get to walk through a cloud of smoke from all the employees smoking at the nearby Starbucks tables next to the front door.
