Grills don’t work, original management got bought and new management doesn’t care about current tenants, rent increases absurdly, tons of empty units now. All reasons why you should move here.

We lived there for a year. Had 3 different managers during that time. No maintenance person. After moving in discovered the stove did not work. They did not replace it for 2 months. Very hard to get a hold of anyone. Took days to get them to answer phone calls or emails. I would not recommend.
