“I've only lived here for a short time, but it's been a great experience. Blake really took care of everything during the move in process (I was out of state, but he made even the tricky stuff feel easy). The front office staff is great, they're communicative, and they clearly care about making things right when anything comes up.

The apartment itself was very clean when I moved in, everything works well and there were no surprises.

But the real star of the show is the maintenance group. The reality is that nowhere is perfect and stuff occasionally breaks. If you've ever had a bad experience with maintenance staff you know how difficult it can make things - waiting for response or resolution while trying to manage whatever inconvenience comes with broken appliances, outlets, or plumbing - but none of that happens here. The maintenance group has helped me deal with some minor issues and some major issues, and they've done it quickly & honestly. Ryan is great, always friendly when I see him around, and always happy to help out. He's even urged me to submit tickets for things I didn't think warranted one, because he genuinely wants to help out and ensure everyone has a good experience in their home. And Brandon is no different. Brandon I has been so friendly, he hasn't complained whenever I've flagged him down and asked for help. He even spent the time talking through some of the fixes he was doing and explained things I could do proactively to help my situation.

Water Tower flats is a great place to live, in no small part because the office staff is friendly and competent, and the maintenance team is full of superheroes. Shout out Ryan and Brandon!”

“I had some issues with old management and how things were ran when I first moved in but the new management has done a lot to make things better along with being caring and as helpful as possible , specifically Joelle and Ethan. I had struggles this year in my personal life that affected my rent and they did everything in their power to work with me til I was caught up. Thank you guys for doing a great job.
