“We used CH&D to redo our master bathroom and expand our closet and we are absolutely in love with the final result. We live in a 1915 craftsman home in Denver and space and storage were our main challenges. Out of all of the design companies we consulted, they were the only ones who could develop a plan to increase storage without expanding the footprint of the house or substantially limiting the space from another room.
They walked us through every step of their process so there would be no surprises and took time to do things right, even if it meant adding extra time to the schedule. You never know what you're going to encounter with an old home until you start demolition and their employees made sure to consult with us on any of their findings and suggestions to ensure the final outcome was the best possible. They were open to reusing as many original materials from the house as well, including converting the original bathroom door to a pocket door due to our tight layout, and salvaging the original hardwood under the bathroom tile to fill in the threshold and spots in our closet where the floor was torn up for other projects.
We've done many renos ourselves and know just how messy construction can be. We were amazed at the level of care and preparation the team took to protect our space and contain the construction dust to the working area. All of the workers who came through were kind and understanding when we asked them to be mindful of our dog and fence gate as they came in and out. We would definitely recommend Colorado Homes and Design for any of your needs!”

“Environmental friendly place. Buy a detergents, soaps etc bulk and package free. Bring your owner's container or buy a mason jar here. Check the hours before you go, they aren't open every day. Ride a bike if you can, parking is not great.”
“Last Fall my wife and I started working with Beth Parker on a total kitchen replacement. She was great! I really appreciated her help in the design process as well as answering all of our numerous questions. Everything went as promised, Beth kept us updated at every step, and had incredible patience as we made our choices. Everything was delivered on time and Beth was at the delivery to be sure all the boxes arrived. We had a couple of minor glitches with measurements which really did not slow us down in the process. The important thing was how fast Beth made the corrections without any debate. On a project of this size, the question is not if there will be any issues, it is how they get resolved. Pyramid Granite installed new granite countertops in our kitchen and all three of our bathrooms several years ago. They were professional, great to work with and the quality of their work was top notch. Recently we had a kitchen leak that caused damage to our cabinets,floors etc., and hired a company (recommended by our insurance company) to repair the damages. The crews working on the kitchen repairs were a nightmare and could not figure out how to get the cabinets reinstalled under our granite without destroying the granite. I called Pedro at Pyramid and explained. He dropped everything (even came on his day off) and worked us into his schedule. He and his crew were able to get the job done beautifully, safely, and in a timely manner. They were very gracious, even though the job ended up being harder than they had anticipated. We so appreciated his kindness and professionalism, and he saved us a lot of stress.”

“Michael and his team did a really lovely job on the quartz install for my recent kitchen renovation. They did my counters, backsplash, and bar area with the same material.
Michael was very easy to communicate with, answered all of my questions thoroughly, and was punctual with his correspondence and timing for the install.
The cuts were done well (including the outlet cut placements in the backsplash) and they managed to do everything with only one seam - which was precisely matched with the stone so that it would look continuous, which I really appreciated. They did a great job with placing my cast iron under mount sink as well.
The install team was very courteous, and asked me questions as they went along to make sure things were done to my specifications. They were able to make adjustments on the fly when needed without hesitation.
It seems they truly stand by their work, as even after I’d paid I was told not to hesitate to reach out if there were any issues or if I needed anything adjusted, etc. It’s nice to know that even when the job is done they are happy to accommodate you if needed.
I would definitely work with them again in the future and will be recommending them to others. I will update with more photos once my renovation is fully complete.”
