“I highly recommend this location for Quest. I showed up this morning and shared with them that I am self-pay, not paying through insurance. Instead of just drawing my blood and leaving it at that, the tech drawing my blood, Paola, waited until the supervisor team lead was done with his patient so he could come assist with my situation. They helped me log onto a third-party, called Ulta Labs so that I would have a large percentage marked off my bill being that I was a self-pay patient. I created an account there in the office, and they waited patiently and then helped me load all the blood work tests that my doctor had ordered and helped me process it so that I could still go through with my appointment and have my lab work done still during that appointment time. Both the supervisor team lead, Craig and tech lady, Paola helped me figure out the payment options and get everything situated through this third-party website. I was able to save nearly $600 by everything they helped me to do. What an incredible team of people who genuinely care about their patients.”

“Aside from the wrong address on Google, very pleased. Since my son was diagnosed we have been to dozens of labs dozens of times each. Labcorp (we've used five locations) is consistently the worst, quest (we've used three locations) is better but not usually covered by our insurance, and CLS (we've used two locations) is the best. We have never had problems at CLS that are common for Labcorp. Labcorp screws up a lab at least once every other visit - granted my son gets a lot of labs, but they are terrible. CLS has yet to screw up any of his labs and we've been there consistently for a while now. They have been professional, prompt, and communicative. It's almost as good as Children's Hospital main campus (NOT Parker which is Labcorp quality) for a fraction of the cost. Hard to find. Google sent me to the Admin Office on Union. The lab is in the Anthony's complex but not on the side with parking. It is around the back of the building (enter off Alameda & Routt). I spent an hour trying to find the lab. The staff was very proficient once I did. I was surprised the admin staff said that people come to their office all the time, yet they don't correct their address on google.”

“Everything was fast and well done. Belinda drew my blood and was so charismatic and lovely. Apparently quest is supposed to send a survey at the end which I would have loved to do, but I never received it. I checked both my spam folder and searched for it in my inbox. I also checked the app and nada. Might be an issue with the surveys being sent out.”

“After reading reviews, I was nervous to make an appointment at this location. Now, after my appointment, I had to make sure to share that it was perfect. The check-in process was smooth and friendly, I was taken to the room to have my blood drawn right away, the staff was perfectly competent, and they drew two vials in just a few minutes. I was in and out super quick. Highly recommend!”
“Very friendly staff but too many walk in patients on Mondays. Held up my appointment because the walk in patients were waiting since 8:30am and my appointment was at 10:15am but still took an hour wait for routine blood draw. Don’t go in Monday mornings.”
“I rarely write Google reviews but I felt like I needed to for my recent experience. Based on the other reviews here, I don't know if I was just extremely lucky but my experience was excellent.
Parking was definitely crowded but I just hunted around for a few minutes before finding a spot and, either way, parking at a hospital isn't really under Labcorp's control.
I arrived 5 minutes early for my appointment and checked in through the link that was previously sent to my email. Exactly at my appointment time a friendly older lady called me in to the desk and began putting my paperwork into the system. After a few minutes, she shuttled me back to a room and I found out she would also be performing my blood draw.
For the blood draw, she found the vein on the first try, collected the samples, confirmed my information, and sent me on my way. The entire process took less than 10 minutes and she was very friendly and efficient the whole way.
Again, maybe I was just lucky but I have never had this good of an experience with a Labcorp blood draw before so I will definitely be coming back to this location over any of the others in the area.”
