I had been waiting at LabCorp for over an hour with an appointment come to find out they couldn’t even perform my drug test that they had accepted as an appointment online! The girl working there “does not perform drug test”she has never been trained… I waited an hour there for my appointment and still didn’t get what I needed. I’m heading down the road to this. Quest didn’t have an appointment. They had me in and out for a drug screen in 10 minutes with a smile on Craig’s face and a pleasant exchange…. I always have good luck with Quest. I highly recommend and stay away from LabCorp. Thx Craig!”

“Aside from the wrong address on Google, very pleased. Since my son was diagnosed we have been to dozens of labs dozens of times each. Labcorp (we've used five locations) is consistently the worst, quest (we've used three locations) is better but not usually covered by our insurance, and CLS (we've used two locations) is the best. We have never had problems at CLS that are common for Labcorp. Labcorp screws up a lab at least once every other visit - granted my son gets a lot of labs, but they are terrible. CLS has yet to screw up any of his labs and we've been there consistently for a while now. They have been professional, prompt, and communicative. It's almost as good as Children's Hospital main campus (NOT Parker which is Labcorp quality) for a fraction of the cost. Hard to find. Google sent me to the Admin Office on Union. The lab is in the Anthony's complex but not on the side with parking. It is around the back of the building (enter off Alameda & Routt). I spent an hour trying to find the lab. The staff was very proficient once I did. I was surprised the admin staff said that people come to their office all the time, yet they don't correct their address on google.”

Apparently quest is supposed to send a survey at the end which I would have loved to do, but I never received it. I checked both my spam folder and searched for it in my inbox. I also checked the app and nada. Might be an issue with the surveys being sent out.”

“The phlebotomist was stern about the walk in policy and warned me that she would have to fit me in between appointments and I would pile probably wait awhile. appointments take first priority and that I would have to wait until she had time. I only had to wait 30 minutes as there was a lot of morning appointments. I think people’s poor experiences here are entitlement and they are impatient. It’s obvious they have never worked in healthcare or a high demand job where you are never given enough time for all that you need to compete in a day.”

The check-in process was smooth and friendly, I was taken to the room to have my blood drawn right away, the staff was perfectly competent, and they drew two vials in just a few minutes. “I rarely write Google reviews but I felt like I needed to for my recent experience. Based on the other reviews here, I don't know if I was just extremely lucky but my experience was excellent. Parking was definitely crowded but I just hunted around for a few minutes before finding a spot and, either way, parking at a hospital isn't really under Labcorp's control. I arrived 5 minutes early for my appointment and checked in through the link that was previously sent to my email. Exactly at my appointment time a friendly older lady called me in to the desk and began putting my paperwork into the system. After a few minutes, she shuttled me back to a room and I found out she would also be performing my blood draw. For the blood draw, she found the vein on the first try, collected the samples, confirmed my information, and sent me on my way. The entire process took less than 10 minutes and she was very friendly and efficient the whole way. Again, maybe I was just lucky but I have never had this good of an experience with a Labcorp blood draw before so I will definitely be coming back to this location over any of the others in the area.”
