Since Jamie has been at this clinic the follow through the communication and the overall process experience has been a 180 degree change. She communicated to insurance on my behalf she verified documents and calls, and faxes that needed to be done.
She deserves a raise and praise for having the interpersonal skills and abilities to do the job set in front of her.”

The check-in process was smooth and friendly, I was taken to the room to have my blood drawn right away, the staff was perfectly competent, and they drew two vials in just a few minutes. “I rarely write Google reviews but I felt like I needed to for my recent experience. Based on the other reviews here, I don't know if I was just extremely lucky but my experience was excellent.
Parking was definitely crowded but I just hunted around for a few minutes before finding a spot and, either way, parking at a hospital isn't really under Labcorp's control.
I arrived 5 minutes early for my appointment and checked in through the link that was previously sent to my email. Exactly at my appointment time a friendly older lady called me in to the desk and began putting my paperwork into the system. After a few minutes, she shuttled me back to a room and I found out she would also be performing my blood draw.
For the blood draw, she found the vein on the first try, collected the samples, confirmed my information, and sent me on my way. The entire process took less than 10 minutes and she was very friendly and efficient the whole way.
Again, maybe I was just lucky but I have never had this good of an experience with a Labcorp blood draw before so I will definitely be coming back to this location over any of the others in the area.”
