Very friendly staff but too many walk in patients on Mondays. Held up my appointment because the walk in patients were waiting since 8:30am and my appointment was at 10:15am but still took an hour wait for routine blood draw. Don’t go in Monday mornings.

I was super anxious about coming in to get work done. If it wasn’t for my phlebotomist Crista M. I don’t think I would’ve had such a great experience. She was gentle, kind, and walked me through every step. Thank you

9:45am appointment. Checked in a couple times and they told me I was almost up. Was finally called at 10:45am.
