Had an amazing time at Sam’s Club. At first I couldn’t understand what TV I wanted to buy but Mr Kenneth was very helpful in describing all the details and specifications. If it wasn’t for him going above and beyond for me in locating the one I needed I might have gone somewhere else.

Sam, one of the merchandisers, went above and beyond to help solve my issue. He genuinely cares about his job and the customers at his store. The lady at customer service was also wonderful.
