“I have been going to this pharmacy for about a year now. They have been wonderful over the past year. The head Pharm tech, Kaitlyn is great. Punctual, friendly, calls you back, and good customer service.”
“So I went to the Thornton location first this morning. Burn probably close to a hour of my life waiting around for a manager of the meat department (Sara). Never met her there. So I took my time down to the Arvada location. I waited over there too but man was it like night and day for customers service. I waited and ended up meeting a lead, not a manager but a lead. I forgot her name but super kind and helpful lady been there for over four years now. Wish I could remember her name she hooked me up knowing I was waiting awhile. The meet cutter was on break and it’s all good but I am really just glad some people just enjoy doing their best at jobs like that. That lady deserves as much as that company can offer her as an employee truly. Did above and beyond for me. Love this store. I’ll probably burn the miles to come back instead of going to one that doesn’t care at all.”

“One of the employees at this location is so wonderful. Her name is Lisa and she works in the cosmetic section. She is so kind every time we go in. She truly stands out as an exceptional person. “I was in desperate need of new glasses, but I am quite challenged when it comes to selecting the right frames. Therefore, I arrived at Costco's Optical eye center early, hoping to receive some assistance. Fortunately, I met Tess, who was perhaps the most pleasant and professional customer care representative I could have wished for. She dedicated her time to help me try on multiple frames and answered all of my questions. She also helped me save $200.00. Tess was simply fantastic at her job. Usually, I feel as though I am imposing and a bit intimidated, but Tess made me feel very comfortable and confident in my new glasses.”
“I frequent this place quite often. It is conveniently located right off of the highway and easy to get to. It is also in the same parking lot as a lot of other popular stores, which is great because then you can get a lot of shopping done all at once. I love that they have their own gas station as well! As of yesterday, regular unleaded fuel was down to $2.39 a gallon. Most of the other places in the Arvada/Golden area are $2.79-$2.99 a gallon. When you walk inside, an attendant greets you and offers you a cart. Just like Costco, you show them your membership card before you can get in. They have a vision center, a tire center, a jewelry section, and a pharmacy. They have a large variety of offerings and I can almost always find exactly what I am looking for. Their prices are lower than Costco for the same items, which is really nice. The store is organized and clean as well. They do not have as many items as Costco, but I have always been satisfied with what they do offer. I also have a Costco card just because I do like the option of shopping at both places though. They make some really beautiful desserts at a great price and have lots of fresh pre-made meals you can just heat up for a convenient dinner. Sam's Club is turning into more of a self-checkout type of place which is disappointing. They always have more self-checkout lanes and maybe 1 or 2 cashier lanes open. Unless you grab an empty box along your shopping trip or bring your own large bags, all of your purchased items will go directly back in your cart. I do like how Costco at least will box your items up at checkout so you can easily put them in your vehicle. When I shop here it is never overly busy, which I like since it makes it quick to get in and out of there. Overall, I like shopping here and saving money by purchasing in bulk.”
“Probably the best pharmacist. The blonde pharmacist, took time out of her day to ensure that my grandmother received her meds. There was an issue with the transfer of meds and she gave above and beyond effort to ensure that I got her meds. Even with the impatience of other clients they have here, they still work hard to help us.10/10 recommend this pharmacy. Thank you 🙏”

“I wanted to update my review because I think it’s important to recognize the people who truly go above and beyond.
I had been struggling for a while and finally reached out for help, but then a prior authorization was needed from my prescriber before my prescription could be filled. I was feeling overwhelmed, but Savannah went out of her way to help. She followed up with me about the authorization, kept me updated about when the medication would be available, and even reached out to nearby pharmacies to see if there was a way I could get it sooner rather than waiting another day.
I know this pharmacy is often very busy, and many reviews mention longer wait times. But after my experience, I wonder if part of that is because some employees are taking the time to truly help people instead of just moving them through the line.
It means a lot when someone in a busy pharmacy takes extra time to care and advocate for a patient. Savannah’s kindness and effort made a stressful situation much easier, and I’m grateful for her going the extra mile. Thank you, Savannah!
