“I noticed a flat tire after a 4-day stay in town at the gas station, shortly before heading out on the highway. These were very sturdy and robust Runflat tires, and the front right one was completely ripped from severe potholes and curbs.

As a first-time driver, and without the ability to extend my stay, I was able to drive very slowly to Aspen Tire & Detail, which was fortunately only 2 minutes away.

Dmitri inspected my car in case it was possible to patch for a very reasonable rate. Because of the level of damage, and since newer hybrid and electric cars no longer come with spare tires, he was extremely helpful and transparent with me and expressed that I would have to get towed and obtain a tire replacement an hour away.

Dmitri graciously let me stay on his premises for over an hour and, in spite of having an extremely busy Monday morning with back-to-back cars being serviced, he still guided me every step of the way, from recommending a towing service to telling me exactly which shops to call and how to proceed.

Even though I was not going to be a customer of his, given the severity of the damage and urgency to leave town same-day, Dmitri still periodically checked on me and redirected me to the right people. In just a couple more hours, my car was able to get the replacement tire installed, and I was able to make the journey home safe after another 3.5 hours on the road.
