“We traveled from Oklahoma to Aspen . My wife has to use a wheel chair to be mobile and the gentleman At the Service Desk was so kind to us . As I am writing this review I’m truly ,still overwhelmed with his kindness and he would not let us pay for the service!!! ( I’m so sorry I didn’t get his name ) But it was Monday Oct 6, 2026 in the evening approaching 3:45 and I really thought he would say it’s to late in the day to balance all my wheels on the car but readily he said yes!!! They balanced all wheels and let me say The guys in the shop are very efficient very fast and done a great job .we were waiting only a few minutes and my wife had just asked me “ How long does it take “?? And I said “it can be done quickly “ but I was set for it to take a long time because they had many other customers at that time putting on tires and what all !!! And no sooner than I answered my wife that , The gentleman said your car is ready !!! I do recommend this place !!”
