“What a wonderful bank to work with! Keir and all the other bank team members have been great. We had difficulty with our Paycheck Protection Program application with a nationwide bank we had done our business banking with for almost 10 years. After waiting for over a month for them to review our PPP application we were given an email reply that it was incomplete and not accepted. We were not given an option to talk with anyone in person about how to correct our application just to resubmit it electronically and hope for the best. That is when we first started working with Timberline Bank. How refreshing it was to work with real, competent, people at a local bank that were able to help us through the process and get us approved in just a couple days. Thank you!”

“I had an argument with the IRS and they won. Now I owed them six figures and they decided to charge me $2,000 a month in penalties and interest for fun.Where was I going to get that kind of money?????Answer: Alpine Bank, thanks to Jonathan Feldman.I got a home equity line of credit against a paid-for Aspen property in less than a week. I paid off the IRS 10 days later. Then I started chipping down the loan month by month. When it came time to finally pay off the loan, I wrote a check and took it to the teller myself. The only glitch: Her English was not really good and she didn't understand I wanted to pay off the loan but keep the line of credit open. But eventually we got it straight. These photos are from the downtown core Aspen branch where Feldman works and where I paid off my loan. I actually signed the loan docs at the Basalt branch, which is spittin' distance from my loft in Willits Town Center. It might be difficult for a handicapped person to enter the bank because you have to go down steps into the courtyard. But oh what a beautiful courtyard. Gorgeous fall flowers. A table to fill out forms or have lunch.Inside it looks like any other bank. No teller lines because who deposits money at the bank these days????Alpine Bank saved me from the clutches of the IRS. I am eternally grateful their underwriting was so speedy.”

“I Love this Wells Fargo. Every employee is super friendly (especially to dogs) - from teller to banker. You're usually greeted very politely and all the staff goes out of their way to be helpful.I've had great experiences with both Wes and Kenneth for numerous banking needs when money is tight and when money is flush. Each embraces the animated role of "friendly neighborhood banker" but also prioritizes confidentiality and professionalism. I think it's important to broker strong relationships with those in your community and it's a pleasure to do so at the Mill Street Wells Fargo. A+”

“Great bank for our business. Good and easy to navigate online banking platform meeting our banking needs, especially during the pandemic. Evan's assistance with the PPP loan process was very good - funded quickly and efficiently. Friendly and helpful staff. I would highly recommend Community Banks of Colorado in Aspen.”
