    The manager working at the vault today was more worried about how I was dressed than being polite. He was inappropriately whispering to an employee and she smirked at me. Nobody in the bank asked if I needed help or why I was there. I was considering switching my bank but I’ve decided because how rude the staff acted... read full comment

    terrible service. they have no clue what’s going on. Bob has dropped the ball at every step, and these are grade school things i’m talking about here. the incompetence is remarkable.
