Caliber's communication, honest estimation, patience, and customer care are above and beyond. I would 100% recommend!
Recommend 100% They were authorized by my insurance and recommended by local friends, and they were AMAZING! My car was taken there after an accident. At the time, we didn't know if it was totaled or not. Caliber was so careful about finding what was actually wrong with it and the work it actually needed instead of an overblown estimate. Sadly, my car was totaled (insurance issue in the problem), and Caliber was so patient while I made decisions about how the vehicle was being taken care of.
Ashley (?) at the front desk was a perfect communicator. There was no sense of pressure from her when we spoke about money, insurance, time, and outcome. She was accommodating and very understanding about the situation. She really took care of me (right down to a bottle of water while I swallowed wrong and had a coughing fit [not sick]).
Caliber did everything they could to repair my vehicle since they knew I wanted very badly to keep it. Sadly, my vehicle was done for. When I went to clean it out, it was so easy. I didn't have to wait for my car; they grabbed it right away for me to access it and grab the last odds and ends. We didn't bring the right tools to get the license plates off, but Ashley magically appeared with a power tool and popped them right off. It was such a relief that the right tool was around and we didn't have to fight it. She was so timely, too.

What else can I say! They politely said they don't want to see us for an accident again, but if we need ANYTHING we will DEFINITELY BE BACK!
