The first visit received outstanding service. Excellent updates and communication all the time. The shop did fantastic and took great care of the vehicle. Communication was key, keeping the owner informed every step of the way. The team is amazing and caring, making the process less intimidating. The owner was kept informed about the repairs that were done and recommends Caliber Collision to family and friends. Service advisor, bodytech, painter are absolute masters of their craft, returning the vehicle to its original state. The owner loved the ease created around them, with insurance, repair shop and car rental in sync. The repair job was perfect, and the owner couldn’t be happier.

The team here has some of the best customer service I've experienced. Austin made everything easier and was eager to help in any way possible, both at drop off and pick up. He updated me frequently on status of the repairs and made the overall experience very pleasant.

Amazing staff, they helped me after my accident and even helped me with my rental car when my original company was being difficult to work with. In particular, Ashley Diaz was phenomenally helpful and went out of her way to help me, can not recommend this team enough!!
