Arc Thrift Stores offers a unique shopping experience, particularly known for its superb book selection. Customers appreciate the generous Saturday sales, where many items are 50% off, allowing for great finds like area rugs at low prices. The store features a variety of nice clothes, and while it may be smaller than other locations, it still has valuable items in housewares. The customer service is often highlighted, with staff being kind and friendly. One memorable experience involved a cashier who went above and beyond to ensure a customer did not lose out on their coupons, showcasing exceptional generosity. However, some customers have mentioned that a few cashiers could be rude, suggesting it may be time for a change. Overall, Arc Thrift Stores is a good thrift shop with helpful staff and worthwhile bargains.
