“This is a proper thrift store. What's there changes often, prices are dirt cheap. Staff is really friendly. Bought a milk crate for $2. Super fun little mini adventure every time, even if I don't find anything.”

“Large selection of items and some great finds if you take the time to look. Staff are friendly and will help you load anything into your car. They also provide tape measures!”

“I didn't have much time to explore but I'll be back :) I was able to drop off a donation and look around for a few minutes. Owner is so kind!!! And definitely check out all the denim arts at the front of the store 😍”

“Staff were friendly and you can find lots of deals. Staff kept their cool & professionalism when I was in check out and a lady was getting mad about not being hired for a position that had just been filled. She caused a scene, but every one stayed calm and kind.”

“I must say this store is very neat and well organized. They have a big selection of shoes, clothing, and furniture. The prices on some items seemed sort of high to me. Certain things seemed like the actual retail price and like the price was too high for the condition of the item. Nonetheless, I still found some cute pieces and a few other non-clothing items at a good deal.”

“Far too cluttered, things just thrown and shoved on shelves, overly expensive prices on the most random stuff that should be cheap. It's hard to walk down aisles with anyone else in the aisle.”

“This store is neat and clean with a wide variety of items. The furniture selection is fantastic but purse and shoe shoppers will be a little disappointed. Ample parking!”

“I really found a fun, new hobby – thrifting! We have fun, walking the aisles of the Ark thrift store every week and picking up more stuff we don’t need!”

“I had a great experience at Goodwill! The store was clean, organized, and everyone was welcoming. Jazlyn and Brianna were especially helpful—they were both kind, patient, and took the time to answer my questions and make sure I found what I needed. Their excellent customer service really stood out and made my visit even better. I’ll definitely be coming back!”

“Bigger store then others but disorganized. Products misplaced by customers and not tidied up properly. A few employees there are very helpful even going out of their way to take you to the product you want instead of just telling you it's down that aisle over there. This is the Dollar Tree on Potomac in the same mall as Scooters, Harbor Freight and Kings Buffet.”

“I love this particular store, because it's a very good size and always has something special that you didn't know you were looking for but it turns out you need it!”

“I stopped by Goodwill today to make a donation, and I just had to take a moment to recognize the incredible service I received. A gentleman named Sean helped me, and he was absolutely exceptional, kind, helpful, and genuinely welcoming. It’s rare these days to meet someone who goes out of their way to make a small interaction feel special, but Sean did exactly that. His kindness and positive attitude turned what could’ve been a quick drop-off into such a pleasant experience. Thank you, Sean, for representing Goodwill with so much heart! People like you truly make a difference. ?”
