“I have done a lot of jobs with the Aurora group - they work all over the Denver area. They are the best and very reasonably priced! Way easier than getting a dumpster and better for the environment! Thank you Dave and Mark!!”

“Very impressed by excellent customer service of girls cashiers Amanda and Adrien! Amanda and Adrien are so naturally friendly, highly professional, helpful, attentive, nice and kind! My husband says he wishes all people working with customers in Denver are like this. Because of such a warm welcome last week, today we returned to the store again. I bought cool shoes of famous brand and lovely clothes items. Amanda was here today and she is amazing! So highly professional, helpful, kind - just a pleasure to deal with! A person responsible for choosing personell knows whom to hire!Guys working in the store are also extremely helpful and friendly. The store is extra clean, bathrooms are so clean just shiny. Last week we bought beautiful new furniture item. The store has great furniture assortment to any even very demanding taste. Also so many souvenirs, beautiful toys, dishes, holidays decor, books, wonderful pictures! Of course would be great if fitting rooms worked, but we understand it's Goodwill internal rules, which we hope will change soon, and fitting rooms will be opened again like before. After our recent visits we can definitely say that by the level of customer service, cleanlyness, good assortment, warm and very positive atmosphere which is so important, Goodwill Illif store is the best in Denver among all stores of Goodwill net and not only Goodwill!”

“One of the better Goodwills in the Denver area despite its neighborhood. Don’t let the open air drug use deter you! The murder keeps flippers away so you can profit.”

“You never know what you're going to find there, but since they sell everything by the pound, you can get a lot for a good price. The Outlets are definitely not like your typical thrift store experience, tho. There are no racks with clothing hung up or shelves with items on display. Everything is brought out on tables, and when they bring out new ones, they have everybody stand back so that the employees don't get trampled. It's actually kind of like shopping while in a mosh pit lol. I mean that in a good way. It's just that sometimes the customers can get a little aggressive when picking thru the bins. It is recommended to wear gloves if you plan on digging in, and prepare to enjoy the controlled chaos that is the Goodwill Outlet World. Definitely recommend.”

“Great customer service! It was a little cluttered due to the Saturday sales and people not putting items back (there was an intercom announcement about it). But the staff were very kind and friendly.”

“I dropped off a donation. I like the way youare able to drive up to the donation side and someone comes out to assist you. The young man came out and got the end table out of the back of the truck and I didn't even have to get out. He then brought me a donation form to claim on my taxes. Great place to donate and very customer friendly at the donation site.”

“Enjoy thrifting and have gone to 10+ arc locations in Colorado. I like this location because it has a lot of stuff in all sections.Pros: cheap, wide variety, quick turnover of items, good fines especially on their Saturday 50% offCons: thieves are common, staff could be rude, crowded with people and homeless population stay by entrance a lot of the time.I did have a negative experience with one of the staff where she opened the fitting room while changing instead of knocking. Fitting rooms have been unlocked the 3 times I’ve been there”
