“Nice car wash place with vacuum included in any price on your way out. 4 stars because they've incremented the price. The gentlemen working here are helpful. It also has a mat cleaner but its only for thin mats. The area where I parked didnt have clean towels so it would be good to refill often. The vacuums are really strong which is perfect for those of us who have pets. There was some water marks that the machines didn't get but overall, it was okay & would try it again.”
“This business has the PERFECT name. They are far and away the best detailing crew I've ever seen. They take pride in their work; they're careful and precise; and go above and beyond expectations. Ulysses is an incredibly kind, honest, human being, and is a stellar example of a great business owner. I needed the headlights restored on a Ford Cmax with over 165000 miles. They were in bad shape, so it took longer than expected, then it started raining. Ulysses coverd the lights with plastic, and told me to come back if I had a question. One of the lights ened up getting wet, so I went back 2 days later and Ulysses put another coating on, buffed some more, and would not take any money for the added service. Let me tell you, the headlights shine as bright as this business.”

“I don’t usually write reviews, but this time I think it is pretty worth it. I recently moved here from another state, and have connections back home when it comes to any vehicle repair, but after moving I didn't know anyone I could trust. That is until I left my car with Arapahoe Collision and Mechanical. I will say at first I felt a bit apprehensive leaving my car between 7-10 days and thought it was a bit excessive for only a front bumper repair. I would think maybe it was due to my car being sent in a week before a major holiday and there were more customers in front of me in terms of an appointment.
My favorite part about this repair process was the communication I received from Dominque (I hope I spelt her name correctly). She was very prompt about updating me when my vehicle was starting the repair process, if there were any other repairs (including costs), and when the car would be ready or an estimate. She also provided pictures of my vehicle with the repair.
I was also quite surprised to see my car was wiped down thoroughly and vacuumed. I used to live in a country area back in my home state and my car mats were never 100% clean, so when I stepped foot into my car, I thought the mats were brand new and couldn’t believe they were my original mats.
I will definitely come back in the future for any repairs or detailing needs for my current vehicle or any future vehicles. Luckily too, they work hand-in-hand with Enterprise Rental Company, which they had someone pick me up and take me to my rental for the week. The rental company was about a two minute drive from AC&M. Overall, great experience. I recently came back from a trip and noticed a crack in my windshield, I will definitely be having that replaced by Arapahoe Collision & Mechanical fix that at a later time. Oh, my splash guard also broke off, and they replaced it with the correct parts with no additional service extended from my pick up date.

“I went in to get an estimate for hail repair and Shelly was super patient and honest walking me through the process! Being new to the state, I knew nothing about hail claims so Shelly was able to talk me through it and explain how it worked. While I didn’t need to use the shop services, I’d highly recommend them just based off this interaction knowing that they wanted what was best for me even if it meant they may lose out on some work. “Maaco did an outstanding paint and repair job on our Audi A3. Most impressive was the fact that Steve did not try to sell us on a complete paint job but rather only take care of the major issues needing attention. The result was a 2017 A3 that looked almost brand new. We constantly get compliments on this vehicle and its appearance. I highly recommend Maaco in Aurora. “I've used this car wash, off and on for several years. It's super close to my house and the bays work well with great pressure. My only complaint is the sound that lets you know when there's less than a minute remaining is too faint. Even when I'm using the spotless rince, I still couldn't hear it. On a couple of occasions, I had to add more money as the timer ran out. There are also timers, but I don't watch them as much as I can. It'd be great if the timer, once there's little time left, was louder. But, other than that, thanks for running a good car wash.”

“As a first-time customer, I’m absolutely blown away by this car wash! I originally came in for the $46 wash, but the gentleman assisting me recommended the $86 package and assured me it would be worth it. He was right—the results are incredible! My car looks brand new, and I couldn’t be happier.
What impressed me even more was the honesty of the team. They found a check I had misplaced in the car and kindly left it in my cupholder after finishing the job. That level of integrity means a lot. I’ll definitely be coming back!”

“I had my interior detailed and the service was overall good! There were a couple stains that I found on the passenger seat and some other small stains in the back . Nothing crazy, but for what I paid I would’ve thought these small details would’ve been taken care of.”
