Walmart Academy Bank Manager, Edgar Alamillo, for going above and beyond to get my issue solved.He was willing to do what a manager from a different branch(I won’t name names or the location) wouldn’t even try for me. He could’ve done what was easier by giving me excuses and ending the call. He chose what was right. Garrett, one of their fabulous bankers got me scheduled and got me prepped to set up an appointment and Chris, the branch manager finished the rest and got me all together. “Friendly and helpful. The manager is not above jumping in and helping out the teller when a line starts to form. He is also interested in solutions not holding the line of “that’s just the rule” — we bank here for business and personal — I’ve been to many other US Banks in the area with difficulties at every turn but this branch always leaves me feeling productive and happy! “This is my local NFCU. It can be busy at times, so I try to go in the off hour. Customer for life - Navy Federal gave me assistance when I needed it the most. Being a furloughed government employee, I was offered zero percent payday loans during the shutdown. They also pushed some of my major payments out several months. Many of my creditors weren't willing to do this. Thank you!”

“Sharon explained the nonsufficient funds program to me so I switched my bank to Chase which will save me a lot in fees. Thank you!!! This is what was explained to me: citywide has a $20 fee per charge after your account has over drafted. So if you have multiple payments coming out of your account after your account has over drafted you’re charged $20 per occurrence. Which can add up!! Especially if your paycheck is still pending and you’ve got automatic payments due around the same time.
I made the switch right away to Chase bank for my direct deposit pay check, they will work with you on those fees. Thanks again for the helpful information!!!”

“I loved this branch so much its fast and convenient and ever since they installed the new atm it's been better counts more faster then the old one had enough space for checks and cash except for the old atm outside that has a limit how much it can receive but yes even the branch people are friendly and helpful but one recommend thing that the branch should do is to fix the tap i always tap with my phone but it says it's taking longer please tap again I did in 2 or 3 times but yes I had to walk over the old atm again and the tap did work but at least the branch didn't remove the old atm.”

“Had a lovely experience at this location. My 'home' location has been short staffed, so I scheduled to meet with Jovanny at this location and had a great experience. He answered all of my questions and was able to help us set up new accounts. Many of the reviews complain about the lack of staffing, and while its true many location are under staffed, this is not the fault of the day to day employees, even if it is their burden. Jovanny truly took the time to make sure we understood and I look forward to working with him again. Please let him know he is appreciated!”
“We went to first bank where my Significant Other has an account. I had something to cash and thought it might be difficult. I was pleasantly surprised that they helped us out.
