“I don’t bank with pnc but the other day I was having the worst day ever. I lost my job, lost my wallet and it was raining, my car died and I was wet, I was sitting in chipotle waiting for my mom crying my eyes out and Sammy came up to me and asked if I was okay, I told her the situation and she listened to me while I was ugly crying, she gave me her business card and told me to send her my resume so she can send it to a recruiter to get me a job if I was interested, even though I don’t have bank experience, she said it’s okay and she was so really kind, she listened to me, she told me she loves her job and the people she works for, not only was she just a kind human being but I think working for her would be so lucky. She also got me a drink and taco before heading back and she didn’t even get to eat her lunch because of me but she just kept telling me it’s okay and it will be okay and work out so I hope people come across Sammy and bank with her because she was awesome.”

“Very conservatively capitalized bank with superior customer service compared to any of the Big 5 Banks or larger national banks. Mosiey has been great and so has Jerry (the branch vice manager/VP). My family has had a close relationship with the bank and they try their best to attend to any of my banking/client needs. I am happy to continue banking with First National Bank and greatly appreciate all the amazing customer support the bank provides. By far the best bank I have ever worked with. Someone give Moisey a raise as well, he is just incredible, super knowledgable, communative, and always very diligent”

I fought tooth and nail with Key Banks customer service call center employees who refused to help me. Finally I decided to call this branch (where I originally set up my account). I am so very thankful to Anthony Brown for going above and beyond in making sure that I was able to get my funds wired on time and close on my new home! He literally worked the entire day to make sure that I was taken care of, if it weren't for his efforts I would have needed to delay the close on my home.
