“Very conservatively capitalized bank with superior customer service compared to any of the Big 5 Banks or larger national banks. Mosiey has been great and so has Jerry (the branch vice manager/VP). My family has had a close relationship with the bank and they try their best to attend to any of my banking/client needs. “I moved to a state that doesn't have any Key Banks and was closing on a new home. The title company required that my funds be sent via money wire. I fought tooth and nail with Key Banks customer service call center employees who refused to help me. Finally I decided to call this branch (where I originally set up my account). I am so very thankful to Anthony Brown for going above and beyond in making sure that I was able to get my funds wired on time and close on my new home! He literally worked the entire day to make sure that I was taken care of, if it weren't for his efforts I would have needed to delay the close on my home. “This is a drive-thru ATM. More Wells Fargo should have drive-thru ATM. They're much more convenient. In our fast-paced lives it is so helpful just to be able to stay in our car and drive up to the ATM and transact all our business right there. The ATM closest to my house is down a flight of stairs and I use a cane so that is not accessible to me. I was very sad when they took out the drive-thru ATM”

“You walk in a meet Fulton who greets you kindly and professionally. Me being frustrated with the situation escalated to talk to a manager (I’m sorry again). Then met with Livia who was also super professional both really consider the human factor of transactions and helped the best they could.
