“I have been a member for a VERY LONG TIME and have loved it. Employees/Staff are friendly and really care about their customers! I got a car loan from the Chambers Branch not long ago and it was easy peesy to set up. I had a bazillion questions in the first few months and Miss Kassandra got back to me ASAP with answers....very helpful. And when she was not available to help, she always set me up with another staff member that could help me....on the phone or in person. Keep up the good work!!”

“I just set up a bank account here. The place has a nice, open, friendly ambience. I didn’t make an appointment, just walked in and I was being helped within minutes, no wait time really.
Veronica, the lady who helped me, was excellent. Very thorough. She basically did everything in the setup including getting into the mobile and web versions of the accounts on my phone, and various choices to be made in different account options etc.
I walked out with everything working on my phone and a physical debit card. It’s a nice card with what I assume are the Rocky Mountains on it. She also sorted a credit card application which will come in the mail. I left with a folder of info on things.
All very professional, the app has all the functions you’d expect, maybe more than a larger bank, transfers, direct deposits. I just got the Simply Free Checking which has no charges, no min balance, I don’t need a box of cheques or anything, just the app.
One opens a savings account too and puts $5 in it, which is a credit union thing. Apparently credit unions do good interest, no idea. They have CDs and such, I was looking for the basics. You need an ID and something with your address on it.
Nothing here says dinky bank, all professional but friendly, they seem to have covered all the bases for what I was looking for. Definitely a better service than a larger bank for sure and less of a wait time.”

Walmart Academy Bank Manager, Edgar Alamillo, for going above and beyond to get my issue solved.He was willing to do what a manager from a different branch(I won’t name names or the location) wouldn’t even try for me. He could’ve done what was easier by giving me excuses and ending the call. He chose what was right. “ENT's fraud protection services detected and stopped two fraudulent charges then called me to verify. When they proved to be fraudulent they shut off my card. I went to this branch to have a new one printed and was in and out in under 5 minutes.”

“This is my local NFCU. It can be busy at times, so I try to go in the off hour. Customer for life - Navy Federal gave me assistance when I needed it the most. Being a furloughed government employee, I was offered zero percent payday loans during the shutdown. They also pushed some of my major payments out several months. Many of my creditors weren't willing to do this. Thank you!”

“Service at this branch is always very good. Because they’re located in a busy grocery store you can stand in line a little while, but they’re always patient and thorough with you once you get to a service representative.”
“Sharon explained the nonsufficient funds program to me so I switched my bank to Chase which will save me a lot in fees. Thank you!!! This is what was explained to me: citywide has a $20 fee per charge after your account has over drafted. So if you have multiple payments coming out of your account after your account has over drafted you’re charged $20 per occurrence. Which can add up!! Especially if your paycheck is still pending and you’ve got automatic payments due around the same time.
I made the switch right away to Chase bank for my direct deposit pay check, they will work with you on those fees. Thanks again for the helpful information!!!”

“I loved this branch so much its fast and convenient and ever since they installed the new atm it's been better counts more faster then the old one had enough space for checks and cash except for the old atm outside that has a limit how much it can receive but yes even the branch people are friendly and helpful but one recommend thing that the branch should do is to fix the tap i always tap with my phone but it says it's taking longer please tap again I did in 2 or 3 times but yes I had to walk over the old atm again and the tap did work but at least the branch didn't remove the old atm.”

He answered all of my questions and was able to help us set up new accounts. Many of the reviews complain about the lack of staffing, and while its true many location are under staffed, this is not the fault of the day to day employees, even if it is their burden.
