“I just set up a bank account here. The place has a nice, open, friendly ambience. I didn’t make an appointment, just walked in and I was being helped within minutes, no wait time really.
Veronica, the lady who helped me, was excellent. Very thorough. She basically did everything in the setup including getting into the mobile and web versions of the accounts on my phone, and various choices to be made in different account options etc.
I walked out with everything working on my phone and a physical debit card. It’s a nice card with what I assume are the Rocky Mountains on it. She also sorted a credit card application which will come in the mail. I left with a folder of info on things.
All very professional, the app has all the functions you’d expect, maybe more than a larger bank, transfers, direct deposits. I just got the Simply Free Checking which has no charges, no min balance, I don’t need a box of cheques or anything, just the app.
One opens a savings account too and puts $5 in it, which is a credit union thing. Apparently credit unions do good interest, no idea. They have CDs and such, I was looking for the basics. You need an ID and something with your address on it.
Nothing here says dinky bank, all professional but friendly, they seem to have covered all the bases for what I was looking for. Definitely a better service than a larger bank for sure and less of a wait time.”

“We had an appointment, to set up a CD. Had checks from another bank ,the Back clerk saw that may husbands first name was spelled wrong, so we had to go back to the other bank and get new checks. We did so right a w my as the other bank was a short while away. Then we went back to ent and the bank person ,saw us right a way without having to make another appointment . Which saved us a ton of time.and it was on a Friday afternoon and the day before a holiday. I want to thank, Nadya for her help.”

I got a car loan from the Chambers Branch not long ago and it was easy peesy to set up. I had a bazillion questions in the first few months and Miss Kassandra got back to me ASAP with answers....very helpful. And when she was not available to help, she always set me up with another staff member that could help me....on the phone or in person. Keep up the good work!!”

She spent well over an hour carefully setting up the account, identifying other ways she could help me - including sitting on hold forever with the credit card department to assist me with closing that account, and giving me tips and advice on the process. She was very well-versed in all that we were doing and was amazing to work with. On my way out, the branch manager stopped me to introduce herself (of course I forgot her name) and make sure everything went well.”

“Sharon explained the nonsufficient funds program to me so I switched my bank to Chase which will save me a lot in fees. Thank you!!! This is what was explained to me: citywide has a $20 fee per charge after your account has over drafted. So if you have multiple payments coming out of your account after your account has over drafted you’re charged $20 per occurrence. Which can add up!! Especially if your paycheck is still pending and you’ve got automatic payments due around the same time.
I made the switch right away to Chase bank for my direct deposit pay check, they will work with you on those fees. Thanks again for the helpful information!!!”
