After returning the vehicle, the agent went out to get the mileage and inspect, everything was fine. The next day I was told they were charging me over $300 for a cleaning because of the smell of smoke! I never would have smoked in this vehicle or any vehicle for that matter! Do not rent from budget or avis!!!!

Website is predatory, will make you enter your card info before giving you a price, locking in a reservation you havent decided on. Forcing you into an insane cancellation fee.Every time I've ever been near this place, every car looks wrecked and there's trails of oil leading to and from the pick-up/drop-off spots.Just go somewhere else

I will NEVER rent from this company, again. I should’ve known better as many friends of mine told me how awful they are - especially at this location. THEY CHARGE YOU FOR DAMAGE THAT YOU DID NOT DO. STAY AWAY FROM BUDGET!!!!

The whole rental process was awful here. I rented the car and was on the way there and I got a call saying they didn’t have a car for me and to come an hour and a half later. I was 5 minutes from the store. I told him I was almost there and he said well I guess I have a car for you. I was going to give it to someone else but you can have it. I walked in and talked to the guy there and said I have to hurry back to the hospital for an appointment. I also told him I messed up with the return time and if I could bring it back with no extra charge. He said yes that is fine. Not a problem since he had told me there wasn’t a car for me. He brought the car around and o got in. As soon as I got in, I noticed this awful smell in the car. It smelled like smoke and body odor mixed. I had a 10 minute drive and in that time I was getting a headache and nauseous. So I called the store back and was transferred to the main budget line. I asked them what to do and they told me to go to another store. They gave me two numbers for stores close by that had cars. I did what I needed to at the hospital and then made calls to see where I could exchange this smelly car. I called all over and no one had cars. I called the original store till I got someone it took a while. When I got ahold of someone, he said he could replace the car Sunday or on Tuesday. My reservation was to return the car Sunday. He told me that they would give me a refund but he had to have his supervisor approve it. So I had to go and buy things to try and get this smell out of the car. I spent half the day doing this and the smell was better but still there. I had to repeat the process several times. When I took the car back I filled it up across the street. I had noted that it had 334 miles on the tank when I picked it up and it was at the same number when returned it. I talked to the guys there and they said I would get a call Tuesday. I looked at my card online and they charged me an additional amount as well.

This is run by a bunch of dumb people. We had booked a car some days ago, paid almost 250 dollars for it, and received a confirmation number. We were supposed to pick our car up in an hour and this person from this Budget store calls and informs us that we don’t have a car available!! When we questioned that we have a hotel booking for which we already paid the whole amount and that costed us almost 570 dollars and now that you have informed us just an hour before pick up, what are we going to do for our already reserved hotel booking??To this that person at Budget had the audacity to reply “That’s none of my business” !!! I mean how dare you? The only thing you could have done is that you could have just informed us a day ago so we could have looked for other options or could have just cancelled our hotel booking. How can you be this unprofessional and ridiculous?? You’re making a fool of yourself, we had weekend plans and if you dint have a car you should have just informed it.You are unqualified to be provide customer service, and then the response was ridiculous, how can you even dare to answer that you’re not responsible?? The only person responsible is YOU, and I ll make sure that you will refund me my hotel reservation money. Thank you.

Joe was amazing, he got us a vehicle in no longer than 30mins was very professional & friendly, prices were amazing compared to other rates. He also let us choose the vehicle we wanted I recommend this car rental ? thanks joe

The owner is abusive and beyond rude. When I began filming he reached over grabbed the phone and hit my hand. He got vulgar and began shouting to get the **** out his location when I requested to speak with a supervisor or management. Do not give your business here and do not dare try and reason with the owner. He's insane and isn't in the business of helping anyone. His customer service is horrible and he should try another line of work. DO NOT GO HERE

Car was extremely dirty in the second and third row - hadn’t even been wiped. Had I realized when I picked it up I would have asked for them to clean or replace it.Front was sterilized but there was still stuff in the front cubby. I gave them a 3 because they were able to give me the exact vehicle I asked for so I could test drive and see if I wanted to buy one of my own.

This is by far the best rental car location I've ever dealt with. I had a flat tire from car I rented at the airport location. I called roadside assistance, they said they would send out a tow truck, it never came. They said they would send a new car, it never came. I kept calling and they kept promising service. Four hours later I started calling all of the local budget locations, this is the only one that answered the phone and helped me get into a new rental car. The manager Joe helped me with everything and even discounted the day. No red tape, no waiting, just the best service ever.I fly to Denver every other week and will have an uber take me to this location ONLY.Because I know I will be able to talk to someone and get great service, bonus, I will avoid all of the airport fees.Thanks to Joe and the team?

When we rented the car, it appeared that the car had been sitting a while in the sun hot blazing 95°… The car had 2 oz. cups of ketchup left in car, a Starbucks drink that had cream in it was starting to form cottage cheese on top, and what seemed to be a womens napkin of sort, with “red” on it. I can’t determine if that was real because I’m not the one that cleaned it… My wife my sister and my niece and brother-in-law are cleaned out the car before we put our luggage in it. They use Clorox wipes, Windex and sanitizing wipes to actually clean the car when it should’ve already been done. The steering wheel was sticky, juice splatter on dashboard and it was not vacuumed one bit. And when I spoke to the employee at the counter, they stated that it was a bit of a rush to get a car to me, and try their best to make it look good that there’s no way it was rushed because the drink would’ve not ofhad time to turn to cottage cheese. Blatant Lie.!! Upon returning the vehicle, the counter employee states he needs to email the managers, who conveniently was on vacation this week (typical shelling the managerial team) and do I need to say “oh will email them and then email you also”… we all know, that is what is said, but never completed. We usually rent from Enterprise which always has had five stars when we use vehicles from them, but they were all out of vehicles so we decided to go with budget….…NEVER, EVER, EVER AGAIN.
