In all consideration, this is a useless location. Limited hours, ATMs have no service, no after hours service, bankers are always busy here they send you to other locations.

Chase has a policy where you must present ID in order to receive any type of change. However, they do not enforce this with every single customer. how do I know you may ask? I have a job where I am required to make a daily deposit and my boss sends neither me or my co-worker in the exact same company vehicle. Just now when I went to go make the deposit through the drive-thru they asked for a name. At First they asked for the ID They didn't recognize my name and said I am required to have an ID after all. Id like to also note they don't not accept the my Colorado ID App as a valid form of ID.

I opened my checking and saving account with this bank but in Oklahoma City, particularly in a branch that is on Pennsylvania Ave, the treatment was excellent and very respectful, so far I have not had any problems with my account and much less with my card, I am very happy to belong to this great Chase Bank family

This Branch is one of the most unprofessional branches that I’ve been to in all my life. I was discriminated on and ignored by the branch manager from the moment I arrived at the Branch. This was evident from the start as when I walked in asking for where I could sign in the Security guard treated me with destain, despite her prompted response to any one of color. After waiting for someone to attend to me for over 20 min. I decided to speak up, and was finally given instructions. Upon waiting, the branch manager would still approach every one of color, but continue to ignore me. I was the only White person in the branch at the time. The people that walked in after me were given promoted attention and were put ahead of me. Still I was ignored, finally when I spoke up to the Branch Manager the security guard approached and threatened to kick me out for speaking up. When I asked for the guards name she refused and gave me an attitude in the most unprofessional manner I have ever seen of any security personnel. It seems that being the only White person and not of color in this branch seemed evident that I was being discriminated on and treated abruptly, unprofessionally, and as though as I wasn’t a customer but some invisible person. I write this with much distain and sadness but if you are White. Do not go to this Branch as you will be treated differently!

This location has some childish employees, they’ve told me many times to not press the call button because other customers inside come first, they leave me waiting in the drive thru for 20 to 30 min while I watch customers that I was there before come in and out, a customer is a customer treat them equal or go get a job where they like to play childish games.

I been a long term customer of Chase Bank for many years and had nothing but positive experiences outside the state and in other branches. I went early this morning to get cash from the ATM and I was so surprised, Chase bank cut off access to the ATM in the vestibule and removed the Door card swipe lock. I was waiting for more than 45 minutes to just get in to withdraw money. about 13 minutes to 9 am one of the Chase bank worker was opening the door I asked her her if I can get money from the ATM machine, the lady responded “we open at 9AM before I finished asking why the door was looked, she started laughing and slammed the door on me. No respect, rude and very disrespectful! The security guard was very disrespectful and rude as well and they didn’t let me in because they said I called her B….* which’s a lie. Shame on Chase bank for having people without skills running the business in this branch, honestly this is not a good idea! Horrible! Terrible ! Completely disgusting! I will never go back to this branch.

This location is horrible do not ever come to this every single time I come here there's always an issue two days to get a paper notarized three forms of ID to cash a check with account manager kicks people out when not happy sad ?

My debit card had a fraudulent transaction after using it at this bank. I've never used my debit card anywhere else. How the hell did this happen? To think I just gave a 5 star rating yesterday.

I opened my account with this bank and their customer service was very good, they answered all my questions and helped me a lot, I even met the manager and she was very kind to me.
