“Thank you so much Veriana(Val) for open my account. However Brenda very rude trying on Saturday October 11,2025 . She was very rude and going speak with management on level customers service.. Brenda is not great at her job and try be helpful but you not a lawyer so I will let my lawyer now and she need know audience before she give advice. I am going let Rick know as well she not that helpful because try deposit a check and did go well she keep giving advice that was not need. It was great at first when first open this location because of Brandy and Rick was amazing all always . I do feel like Brenda need know that she not lawyer and she need stop give advice to wrong audience. I do know banking 101 because have many banks I do use. I did still put money in my account because need too any ways did get the check deposited but got handle with someone else like lawyer. I am going let my lawyer know about this bank account because don't want any issues on my accounts go forward. I want make sure my account is open because Brenda was acting weird about my account don't know why ? She start writing my name on form without my permission.
