“I have been banking with CU of CO for 28 years. Never had any issues until recently. Monica was super rude and when I thanked her for her notary service, she just stared blankly and ignored me the first 2 times I said thank you. She was not friendly or customer service oriented at all. She was going to notarize the original document at first and then was annoyed that she had to make a copy (per the process for certifying the copy) This was my 4th time returning to the bank to get a notary service within 1 week to get corrections or get the Notarization completed. (None of the notarys knew what to do and did not even try to figure it out as I was sent away the first time I came in) This in itself was frustrating causing me to take more time off of work due to being completed incorrectly. (Per the Secretary of State) Rating a 4 because I typically have no issues but this experience made my task extremely frustrating and stressful. On top of Monica being rude. Please retrain notary services or at the very least offer customer service to try and understand what is needed. None of the 3 I encountered made any attempt to figure out the process. I had to explain it each time after making multiple calls to the SOS who told me to call them while in the bank if needed.”

“I have been a member at DFDFCU for 40 years. I have been in Vietnam for one year now and still can’t access my online account. I can use the queue phone by calling in but I can only get balances, not individual labeled transactions. Generally I have had great service for 40 years from the credit union. But when I explained to the rep that it doesn’t work to send me a code number that I have to phone in from Vietnam she said no problem. Yet it was a huge problem. We tried many solutions and settled on letting my brother become a member and list him on my account. After having him turn in all the paperwork and jump through all the hoops I was informed by the same rep he can’t be a member. So I asked that I can send a code to access my account by email like most other banks do. The answer is that this is impossible. So for one year I haven’t been able to see my account transactions. I have tried a few times to rectify the situation but no one at DFDFCU seems inclined to assist me. I really hate to discontinue a 40 year relationship with a good company for something as easy to fix as this but I believe that is my likely course of action.”
“Haven't went to this location in many years. Yesterday I had a very pleasant experience. Great customer service. Unfortunately my replacement debit card does not work so I had to call in to try to get it fixed. Thank part of the experience wasn't great. I am use to the card not working this has happened on many occasions. There has always been some features on my replacement debit cards that do not work correctly on every card I have received at a physical canvas cu location. The only time it was done correctly every time was when canvas cu was public service cu. It was great all the time. I am thankful although my card does not work I an say I at least experienced great customer so I give 5 stars. Maybe next time my card will work correctly and I will have good customer service. That would really be awesome.”
“The most amazing bank I have ever been to. I have walked by it since I moved here in July 2025. Finally became a member March 2026. The staff is amazing. The environment is perfect. the bathroom is clean and they have a coffee machine with mocca and coffee and cappachino. I feel so safe and comfortable every time I come in here.
