I like this store and the selection of shoes that they have. I wish they had a few more places to sit when trying the shoes on. That's definitely not enough to keep me from going there though. The staff is always kind.

terrible customer service, manager was rude and so unprofessional was talked to with the most horrible attitude. i asked if i can return some shoes that i didnât even wear for more then 30 minutes because they were uncomfortable, that i didnât wear outside and they accused me of lying and saying i did wear them outside and started accusing me. disrespectful staff and horrible customer service

I want to give David a special shout-out. While I was checking out, I gave my number for the rewards program and to my surprise my ex was using my number and had changed the address to his. This wouldnât be a huge issue except I have a restraining order against this person. David was so kind an understanding, he deleted my exâs info and changed the address to the store address so that he wouldnât have access to mine. He then gave me a discount on one of the pairs I purchased. David did not need to do any of that, I canât express how grateful I am for his understanding. It was a huge surprise to hear that persons name, and one I tried to handle with grace. People like him are what makes the world a better place. Thank you, David.

This store was trashed. Ordered a pair of men's snow boots for pick up. I received the email notification that the order was ready for pick up. Went 1 day later, and they had no idea where my order was. One girl went to grab the boots from the floor but couldn't locate them. Most likely because the store looks like a hoarder home for shoes. First and last visit. Complete waste of time.

Wait was terrible just to pick up online order. That order was incomplete had to make 2 trips even though email said my order was ready. There's hardly anyone to help you at this store.

The variety of shoes at the two locations Northfield and Parker & Arapahoe are not as nice as Park Meadows. The staff is also disinterested in customers. No one asked to assume us whilst browsing.
