The store is extremely clean and welcoming with a bright interior and is an easy to find location. The custom play tables provide a generous player space and integrated wireless charging. The location is often packed with people playing games, creating a great atmosphere where everyone, of all different ages, looks to be having a good time. The staff is super friendly, polite, skilled, and very accepting of newbies, providing truly superb customer service. They answer questions patiently and care a lot about their store and products. There is frequent communication about new product and upcoming tournaments, though keeping the website updated more often is a noted recommendation. It is considered a must-visit place and a great place to explore the card game hobby.
Stopped in for the first time today looking for yugioh and was blown away by the selection of TCG and the gentleman who helped was very nice and friendly.
