“It's not Toys R Us but it's hard to find an actual toy of today and old. I have a birthday coming up and I was pressed for time as nothing I saw was feeling it for me. I ran across this ad on fb for this toy store and I felt i had to check it out. OMG as soon as you walk in the owner and staff welcomes you and so glad to assist. This is one of those stores that I need to tell the employees to limit my purchases. Good example today I went in for one genre and found found several other genres that I purchased. I need to go back to buy the complete set!!! And the prices are comparable if not better then your box stores.”

“Long story short Joe is amazing! My daughter is in the NICU (6 weeks old) and I wanted to bring her a monkey. Well the site messed up and they didn't have it. Of course stressed and sleep deprived I got a little upset but he went above and beyond to help me and "make things right". He got me the monkey literally minutes before I got the call she was heading into emergency surgery. He was an absolute sweetheart and went above and beyond to help me. Not because his paycheck depended on it, but because he actually cares. Thank you Joe! Thank you for bringing my daughter a smile after such a rough time!”

“Today i went to have the paw prints of our sweet Molly laminated. She unexpectedly had to be put down not even 2 weeks ago apparently from some genetic kidney issue. I thought I was simply going to laminate the prints for my son when the gentleman working yesterday February 18th asked me if I had a picture on my phone that I could email to them print it out and add with the paw prints, it was everything I could do to not cry it was such a wonderful idea, so that's what we did, he was so patient with the details adding the colored background and how I would lay the picture up to the paw prints it probably took a half hour, I was so thrilled and happy I went to pay him and he said no charge! it was so unexpected such a beautiful gesture it really meant everything that somebody else cared out there. Thank you for restoring my faith in human kindness.”
