Just wanted to leave a review saying Dayana was very helpful and kind! I had a lot of issues with my account and had to be on the phone with customer service for a long time while in store, and had to use the store computer which required me asking a lot of questions but she was very kind and even helped me get my tracking number over the phone a few days later when I realized I lost my receipt. Thanks for your great customer service Dayana!

Gotten a few posters printed for several art projects and they are fast, great quality, but best of all, staff is super nice! Diana helped me on my most recent visit and she was an absolute sweetheart. Will keep coming here for my future prints, and I think I just convinced my husband to go here for his photo posters as well.Location is clean, not much of a wait, parking lot isn't a nightmare, several yummy food places next door. I look forward to running errands if I have to stop here.

If I could leave a negative star waiting for this store I would do yourself a favor and do not ever go to this FedEx customer service is way below standard and they made me pay for their mistake literally. Worst of all I think she is the manager. Horrible

The worst package/delivery company ever. Never trust FedEx because if they say you package will come on a certain date 80% of the time it will never come by it takes an additional 2 weeks to get your package

Package was supposed to be delivered Thursday. It's now Saturday night. Every day some "delay". I called customer service this morning and he assured me it would get delivered today. So I was lied to. If you can't figure out how to deliver a package, please let me come and pick it up at least. It isn't that far! At this point you're holding my package hostage.

It turns out they believe "correctly delivered" for an apartment is easily seen in a public area accessible and visible to anyone passing by instead of 20 feet away at the apartment door that was on the address *twice* to ensure delivery.When the package was obviously stolen they concluded with nothing more than what equates to "Oopsie poopsie! Better luck next time!"

Needed to ship a drive out to get some training materials from someone that trained me. FedEx forced me to do this in two transactions, the first one to buy the 2 envelopes, and the USB drive, the second to pay for the shipping.AFTER I paid for the envelopes and the USB drive, and we were in the process of getting the shipping figured out they told me they couldnt print me a label to ship the smaller envelope back to me... which meant that I purchased stuff for no reason. So I got a refund that probably wont post for 5 days...On the other hand, I went over to a UPS store, not only was I able to get both labels printed and affixed, I was able to do all of this in one transaction... MAJOR failure on FedEx!

Watching Fedex driver on security camera who is not attempting a delivery and the status is changed to "Customer Not Available or Business Closed". This happened multiple time with Fedex and never with UPS.
