Fast, efficient, even though I had an old address. Refunded cost, item sent to new address without problems. Can't say the same for USPS.

Akiya was so helpful to me and others when I came into the store today! The first fedex location I went to was a pain in the butt, but Akiya had me in & out within minutes.
