Horrible experience in the Havana branch.I have been a customer for 30 years, but this is the reason I prefer to go to the Cherry Creek one.I did not feel like driving, so I went to the Havana one, hoping it changed. No!No greetings again, no thank you, no smiles.Acting like you are disturbing them...I waited and waited, then left. ( I was going to open another account)Bad feelings again.My two previous experiences were the same:When trying to have a simple paper, notarized.Slow service,grilling me with unnecessary questions and acting like they were doing me a favor..My first experience about something else was similar...Please, give a better training to management and employees.

Used to have good service before firstbank closed all of their King Soopers locations. Ever since then this place is constantly packed, understaffed and terrible to visit. In the last year or two i haven’t spent less than 20-30 minutes in line for a simple withdrawal.

My husband Michael and I have been extremely happy with 1st Bank for almost 20 years. Things drastically changed on Sept 16, 2023, when we attempted to move money from my savings account into Michael's to buy an emergancy plane ticket.After Michael made 2 attempts online to do this, a security prompt indicated the money wouldn't be moved for 24 hours. We both got on a call with customer service to explain our situation & fix this. Lorenzo saw the issue and corrected the duplicate transfer, yet his supervisor ultimatedly would not release our funds- even after we were assured they would be released sooner.....Subsequently, the price of the ticket went up more than $600 - this loss is very disappointing and unnecessary.1st Banks response was to send a form letter and they didn't even spell my name correctly.From all of the recent lousy reviews 1st Bank is incurring you'd think they'd be seriously considering a different approach to customer engagement.

This place is a joke from the entrance to exit I came in to get clarity on my closing account was told by staff I had until a certain date I came before date to pay off my balance in hopes to keep my account but found out the employee was wrong about the date which meant my account was already closed upon my arrival they did not tell me this took my money and when I asked about my account they told me was closed once asked because he told me terms of the wrong bank tells me he will speak to supervisor and call me never received a call went there to find out sat to wait about 40 minutes later the moon pie face cabbage patch head employee comes to me in front of all waiting telling me they won’t be proceeding with my account and they can’t help me figure anything out out loud in front of everyone extremely unprofessional biggest mistake was asking to speak to the bigot manager Cecilia who clearly could care less about the situation I asked if anything can be done because I was misinformed previous by her staff and would like to keep my account she pretty much throws her hands up and says we’ll yea retrain staff what do you want me to do tells me about letters after I physically came previous to find out details and was misinformed she was very standoffish very unhelpful no compassion she very blatantly did not care can’t help but think if I were WHITE like her she wouldnt have treated me that way stay AWAY FROM UNTRAINED STAFF AND UNTRAINED RACIST RUDE CECILIA OR WHATEVER THE MANAGERS NAME IS VERY SADDENING THAT SERVICE DEPENDS ON APPEARANCE HERE SITTING HERE EVEN JUST A SMALL TIME WILL TELL YOU THIS
