“This place is gigantic. So many fun things. Just took pictures of stuff I liked but there's something for everyone. Didn't see anyone without something they wanted to buy. I walked out of the store and forgot where I parked what it was and everything else going on in my life. Shopping there was very therapeutic.

They have local honey, candles, jewelry, T-shirts, hats, wall decor, and even some refrigerated items. “I’ve stopped in here a few times and it’s a lovely little shop. I managed to find a beautiful Echeveria Purpusorum initially and noticed their lovely selection of aroids. I had a bit of remorse for not purchasing an alocasia so I called a few weeks later and they still had the one I wanted and were nice enough to set it aside until I could pick it up. I’m the proud owner of a Dark Star and am so pleased! Both plants are thriving and happy :) I also very much appreciate the helpfulness of the staff and the general vibe of the place.”

“I like this Ross the best. My experience tonight though bothered me because the only person working was Sheryl. She was the only one running the cash register, getting the go backs together all while keeping her positive attitude and taking care of business. Sheryl maintains the whole store and is always professional. I hope they get on the others to help her more! It doesn't seem fair so many workers were there and didn't see the need to help her. Just one young man helped her when I was leaving.”

“This Is a nice Ross store. The plaza is in a cute little area inside the City of Aurora . It's off I-225 and Alameda down a little side road that looks almost hidden if you're coming from Alameda. Very quaint if you ask me.”

This is, hands down, the best Ross store I have ever had the pleasure of shopping at. I'm setting this as my new favorite shopping location, and the staff and managers deserve major recognition for the incredible environment they've created.
Exceptional Organization and Cleanliness
What immediately stood out was the level of organization. The shelves are impeccably maintained, and the clothing racks are actually navigable. Alos I noticed that the staff's commitment to cleanliness is outstanding. If an item fell on the floor, it was quickly and efficiently picked up, which keeps the store looking great and the aisles safe. The entire team does a fantastic job of keeping up with customer traffic and ensuring the store stays neat.
Professional and Welcoming Staff
The employees were attentive and visible, but a special shout-out must go to the security team. The security ladies were incredibly cool! They were professional, looked sharp, and were smiling, which made the entire environment feel so comfortable and welcoming rather than intimidating ( which is really happening in other stores)
Every staff member I encountered helped foster a relaxed and positive shopping experience.
A Community of Polite Shoppers
It seems the good atmosphere extends to the customers, too. Even the shoppers at this store were noticeably polite and quiet, making the whole visit feel much less frantic than usual.
I gave the 4 stars ,just because Bathrooms need extra little attention, however the bottom line , Great job to the staff and managers of this location you’ve nailed the customer experience!”

“I absolutely have to give the Ross store at 1150 S Ironton St, Aurora, CO 80012 a full five stars! This is genuinely the best Ross store I have ever visited so far!
Seriously, I was blown away by their selection for the holiday season. They truly have everything you could possibly need, from amazing kids' toys and house items to a fantastic array of Christmas decor. I was even surprised that I was able to find some of my favorite brand items, a real treat at Ross!
But the biggest surprise, and what makes this store truly stand out, is the cleanliness. For the first time EVER, there was NOT ONE ITEM ON THE FLOOR! Anyone who shops at Ross knows that clutter is usually a given, so the immaculate condition of this store is a massive achievement and a testament to their staff.
The service was also top-notch. My cashier , she was super nice despite thefact that she was only cashier on the floor this week on Monday afternoon, and the security guys were so professional and cute! This store has nailed it; amazing inventory, spotless organization, and wonderful staff.
If you're in the Aurora or Denver area and need to get some serious holiday shopping done, you must visit this location! Highly, highly recommend!”
