“We had a small mishap and accidentally scratched one of our chairs and the table too. I was so impressed with the customer service from Modern Bungalow. They didn't hesitate to send us a matching touch-up pen for the chair and a bottle of varnish for the table so we could make the repairs ourselves.
It is rare to find a company that stends behind its products and takes such good care of its customers after the sale. Their responsiveness and willingness to help made all the difference. We truly appreciate the excellend service and wouldn't hesitate to shop there again. Highly recommend!”

“This place is unique in the classical sense of the word. Even walking from the parking lot to the buildings feels like a day trip to a little museum or a different sort of botanical garden. Each nook and cranny seems carefully cultivated to remind you why your backyard space should be a sanctuary, a place for relaxing, away from a busy world and glowing screens. I like to go there just for the inspiration.
The selection is colorful, with each authentic piece having its own character. I've gotten a bird bath from here, numerous pots and other cute tchotchkes that have made my backyard an extended room in my home. Some of my pieces have been a little more expensive but the quality is what I've paid for, knowing they aren't cheaply made. The staff is friendly and genuinely is invested in the place. The experience overall is worth taking a trip, if only to window shop and get ideas... bet ya won't go home empty-handed!”

Meg is always welcoming, friendly and knowledgeable with care instructions and level of sunlight the plants need you are looking for based on your home and which directions your windows face. Mary has incredible vision, style and is a wonderful person. “I absolutely love Tulip- so glad to have a gift shop in my neighborhood where I can find a treat for myself or a gift for someone else. I love the variety of items, at a variety of price points- I feel like I can shop for many people on my gift list at once or stock up on host gifts to take for dinner parties. I love the unique jewelry, the special art work, and the candles are wonderfully fragrant and reasonably priced! They're always bringing in new artisans, so it's always worth a stop if you're in the area.”

“This store is also a UPS access point if you did not know this. This saved my behind one day when I needed to get a UPS package sent and UPS stores were closed. I was not there very long besides dropping my package off, but it looks like a really cute store and the employee was helpful. I like plants, so I will probably be back to purchase some.”
