“I was in hold and Amanda was helping a elderly man in the store she was so patient and she didn't stop until she helped him. Once she was able to help me I had to come into the store once I was there Amanda and the other young lady helped me right away and was able to figure out my problem within minutes and fixed it just as fast. “Chenille redeemed my negative experience with AT&T. I was attempting to return a cell booster and had already tried a different location on Hamden. I was then redirected to call 611 to talk to customer service. On hold for 45 minutes and then they were unable to get me a return label. I was redirected to a store front. Chenille worked on my issue with customer service for over an hour to get me a label. She was amazing at multitasking while on hold and helping other customers. You have an awesome employee!!!”
