“I have always come to this store for years, even after I moved 40 mins away. Other stores are mostly rude and impatient, one even caused damage to my phone because of imcompetence. Not Cherry Hills. I had and iphone problem and visited on 8/2/2026. Service Representaive John was professional, knowledgable, and very patient. He diligently went through the process and fixed my wife's iPhone. Not to mention he is a true gentleman. He is an asset to the ATT organization and an example of what outstanding customer service should be. Hire more people like him and your company will do well.
