These guys lied about a product return saying "Only corporate NAPA stores can return items over $30". I drove to the Parker NAPA, which is not corporately owned and they returned the items in a few minutes.

Gave me some good advice about changing my oil and how often I need to do it since I’m driving a 1995 Mazda 626 with 126,000 miles on here. Had the perfect filter i needed for the job as well.

Worst customer service ever! Jerry oleson is terrible with helping the customers. Will never come back to this store. His condescending attitude will make all customers walk away. When you walk into an auto parts store don't expect everyone to know everything about a car. You are supposed to help find the parts and not make people feel less for not knowing the type of vehicle part we need.

Normally, I'd say this store does ok, but recently it's been a disappointment. The store itself is small but it seems they struggle to keep full shelves and tool selections. The other day (Sat), I tried calling 3 times without them answering. I figured something was wrong, so I went by to see if they had what I needed anyway. While I was there though, I observed that multiple employee's at the front desk had no reaction to the phone ringing. Frustrating to say, they didn't have the clamp I needed and it was going to have to come from the warehouse. This was something I needed the same day, and I was surprised they didn't have it in stock.

The guy behind the counter was unnecessarily rude and unhelpful. When he asked me what I was looking for, I told him I wanted a power adapter for my trailer. He said he wasn’t sure but when I started walking over to the area he knew exactly what I meant.

Talked to the manager and he was so helpful and resourceful that it made me realize this NAPA is the only place to buy parts. Thank you Mike for your professionalism and warmth. You are a true professional.

Employee with shaved head made some very disrespectful comments for no good reason and acted very hostile, I was really concerned for my safety at that store
