Navy Federal Credit Union serves armed forces, veterans and families. Members enjoy great rates, discounts, award‑winning 24/7 member service and easy mobile banking. Staff are friendly, efficient and helpful; a gentleman at the front door explained savings account opening and an agent assisted with notarizing paperwork, didn’t make me feel bad. The VA home loan program was tedious but the real estate agent and employees navigate paperwork, issued a $1500 part of the program and keep the program for the future. Card picked less than 5 mins and questions are answering over the phone or in person. 47 years members say positive treatment as first class, pure awesome and positive with many years of service. Members receive great service over the phone and in person. Staff are always capable of answering questions. NFCU was pure awesome.

Great customer service, but their ATMs have been having some trouble lately. Can't deposit or withdraw money. I end up having to perform my transaction with the clerks or utilize another bank's ATMs after hours.
