(While looking at the garbage and piles of dust) I stopped In today trying to print something off. The main area had a sign saying they were "closed for break" but 2 people were working. I was told to use the self serve printers probably to lesson their work. I tried to print and no success. Only to print a piece of paper for 20 cents that did me no good. Asked for help and the guy with a mask and greasy long hair acted like i was a burden. His help was pointing out that my file was a google docs file and he points at something random. I told me him this place is all a joke and he runs off. I figure the google doc thing out myself and the app is blocked on the printer so total waste of time. So if you want to go to a business and feel.you need to take a shower after stepping inside. This is your place!! (Total grossness and lazy employees) this place is better off shutting down. Will never turn to this dump!!

I was at the Havana Gardens store February 20, 2025.
My email files were encrypted and the self print machine wouldn't print it. The line was agonizing of course, I can't stand to wait 5 minutes a person in line. The customers around me were pretty grumpy too.
The people that work here are SO NICE!!!.
One lady specifically went out of her way to help me at both the self print machine and the other line. WOW, how do they do it I wonder? And it really didn't take that long either.
They're great at their jobs! Thank you Havana Gardens store.

The tall guy with short blond hair was very rude when my sister and I came to pick up her prints. We didn’t know where the pickup section had moved so we waited by the print center. He didn’t even say hi to us and just said “What?”. When we found the order he made a comment about what we had printed saying “There’s Batman shit in here”. To which I asked him what he was talking about and that what he was saying wasn’t funny. He finally gave us the prints but he was very rude and I won’t be coming back. If you want to be made fun of for what your printing don’t come here. We had some artwork for an upcoming concert for an artist it was nothing crazy like come on.

DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS STORE. GO WHERE YOUR BUSINESS IS APPRECIATED.
Very rude experience with these people. I placed an order online and when I went in on 1/16/2025 to pick it up not only was the black woman behind the printer counter rude she literally threw my bag at me. I observed people waiting to be serviced as she walked around ignoring people and having an attitude. If you can avoid the Office Depot on 1150 South Ironton Unit #120 and go where your business is appreciated please do it. From what I’ve read on the reviews about this store nothing will be done.and when I asked for the store manager’s name from an employee named Sayed he was rude as well and refused to tell me when the store manager would be available nor did he want to take my information to forward to the manager about my complaint. They get so many complaints yet the employees that are getting complained about are still there. Not a good look Office Depot.

Terrible. The print manager should be ashamed of himself. Throwing things, slamming printers, yelling at customers, refusing to help anyone , talking about his employees and how he would fire them. Someone did my order but they couldn’t find it and I tried to send them the files and they told me no and whoever did it could figure it out tomorrow? Um? No? I’m here now? Can’t I send them to you and you print them? Especially since he showed me the order slip and my payment confirmation? I said okay I’ll come back tomorrow. They never called or emailed me and when I got there it still wasn’t done. They finally found it somewhere (up there tushy I guess) and when I look at it, it’s all wrong. As someone who worked in the print center at OD for years, this is unacceptable. It was basic invitations. And the fact they have a sign on the counter saying you’ll get better service if YOU are kind to THEM. Yeah. Just avoid this place at all costs. Go to staples, better prices, better service, more likely to stay in business.

I truthfully don’t understand why this store even has a review section if they don’t give a tuck about any of them. I’ve came to this store twice to try and print a banner and employees at the print desk openly expressed that they did NOT want to print it at that time (if i was really going to make them print it). Then continued to tell me to do it online so I could receive it the next business day at THIS location and it be “better quality”. I left. I TRIED to submit the print online to pick up in store the website didn’t allow it. I called the store just to ask if they were now able to do it in PERSON BEFORE 12pm like it says and they are too busy so they asked if I can call back in 10 minutes. They were unable to answer ANY QUESTIONS. Ridiculous. The employees at this location SUCK.

Couldn't believe how dirty the store was, must be poorly managed. The tall guy to the right when you first come in is rude and not professional. He made a comment saying "you should make your sign online because then you won't have to deal with me" and I agree after meeting him he really didn't want to help & he made that clear

If I could give this place 0 stars I would, read all the previous reviews about how this place is run. All of them have the common theme of rude & poor customer service. I was told to come in and pickup my custom stamp, when I got there the printer center is closed off. The manager comes up rudely asks my dad "what do you need?" Do we not have respect or manners? Then he tells me that it's not ready and that I need to come back tomorrow. The receipt says pickup 1/27 at 6pm. This place is ran by an incompetent manager & if you want good customer service go somewhere else.

somebody needs to give this guy a raise. the man working on the prints with the long hair is awesome! he was getting shouted at and given a hard time by other customers, yet he was still trying to be accommodating to everyone. i came to pick up my order and he got it done right away. high praise to him.

Today I wanted to do card printing... I usually opt for this service in this place, I sent the address by mail and I sent the person in front of it, he was very rude saying that they didn't do this even though I told him that I had done this before. I had done this and said that if I wanted I could be there all day and he wouldn't do it even though that type of service is offered and it normally takes 30 minutes for the imprecision and he mentioned that it would take more than a day and despite He didn't want to do everything. It seems unfair to me that because he has a manager position, as he said, he doesn't have the experience or kindness to provide the service.

i’ve come into the store in the early morning hours as the store has opened at 8 AM. The first time I went to the print area and was asked by an employee female. What did I need if I needed something no smile no good morning no hello how are you and then I was given to Zach to help me print a file online he assisted me, but then I never heard back from him for a week. I later called to find out where my order was nobody knew of anything under my name I came in today, December 13 to return a piece of furniture that is four days over that return date and nobody seemed to understand what I needed to do was treated as if they were confused and didn’t want to take the chair because that would’ve been too much work for them to do so they put the chair return back on me when your website clearly states that you will take any online order at each store. I’m very unsatisfied with the store the customer service, the professional, the ethic that these people have at the store level they need training and how to be professional. They need training and how to approach customers they need training on how their system works and they need training on how to make a customer want to come back to your store I will never return to the store again and I will make sure I never shop at Office Depot again because it is full of incompetent people that I have run into on two occasions. call this is a typical dad and to why I never shop at the big box store any longer and choose Amazon 100% because when I walk into a store, I am giving incompetent help 90% of the time big box stores and customer service sales representative positions are going to be a thing of the past and I think people should value their jobs and treat the customer a little bit more sincerely than they do at this time because these jobs will be obsolete very soon
