The first time I went, the feeders/clean up crews for bioactive enclosures were thriving, today it’s just plastic cups of dead bugs for $18. I didn’t purchase them this time, just make sure you check the tub before spending your money

I was just here this evening, and I just am so happy with how much care, patience, and understanding the staff had tonight.
I have a nervous girl who I needed to use the restroom with and the cashier was very helpful in letting me know where to go and the code.
I also needed a new harness, and Amber was SO helpful in getting Ellie and I to find a proper fit for not having clips in her armpits, and a harness that wasn't super pricey as well. She also did so well with how nervous my girl is - being patient when she did her squeeks and such.
I just really am happy to be here and know that if I have questions, they'll be answered, and if I have my girl with me she will be loved and doted on just like I would.

Their grooming department needs help. All they do is argue with their customers and make up false stories about their animals. They repeatedly said our dog refused to stand, really? That is news to us or any groomer we have ever had, including Petsmart. We have NEVER been told are dog was challenging during a grooming. We will never shop at this store again, they have lost valuable customers.

I have been a Petsmart customer for years. I have used this location many times. The customer service can be great and it can be really bad...really bad. The last couple of times I have gone here makes me wish I hadn't. Food bags that leak food when I get them out of my car to my house and this last time they substituted cat litter sizes that didn't add up to what I actually bought. They didn't even tell me, I had to ask when they were putting it in my car. 800 number was little help and of course the store says return it for a refund, after telling me they substituted the closest sizes they had, but I pointed out it was short and they said ok, like I was complaining (yeah I guess I was). Not worth returning it (they got what they wanted which irks me) since running around is more money out of my pocket. But I will be going to the Gartrell location which I have never had a problem with. I told them that in an email to the store with no response.

Alex provided incredible customer service and warm smile if I whenever I go to this store which is very often; I know exactly who to ask for not just a warm greeting and great conversation but an incredible customer experience. If there’s anything I could mention to management is that you should certainly do whatever it takes to keep this man around. Thank you Alex.
