Dr. Agatha is a great preceptor from whom to learn. She is always willing to answer all my questions and is very knowledgeable. This independent pharmacy is clean, organized, and way more comfortable compared to the large, retail chain pharmacies.”
“If you’ve dealt with CVS or God forbid… the Walgreens experience, writing a positive review at 6:30 am for a pharmacy in 2024 was not on my bingo card this year.
But here we are, Genoa’s staff at this location are S-tier, it’s what a pharmacy staff should be.
From Adam, to the amazing Danny (Dani? Sorry, Danee? ?), Alyssa, and the rest of their amazing team… thank you for being professional and friendly every time I go get my classy big pharma drugs.
If you are reading this, you’re probably tired of the egregious behavior that takes place at most Walgreens, CVS, King Soopers, or even Safeway these days. Transfer your medications to them ASAP, I’m sure they take your insurance, and you’ll be happier.
Also I’m like 90% sure they’re owned by United Healthcare, yes the United Healthcare that continues to let hackers steal & leak my data more frequently than AT&T, they own this gem.
It does not make any sense whatsoever for something to be this good when you’re owned by UHC, but this Genoa pharmacy at this location, they’re the best in Colorado.

The staff were available and prepared to help, ensuring I received my medication despite arriving just before closing. “Great place to get the things you need a lot of: like paper towels, wine, and cereal and wine and chicken and ….did I mention wine? But seriously, seems like they have great prices on paper goods, cleaning supplies, meat, and a lot of other things. My dad loves the Premier protein drinks. The lines are always crazy ridiculous. I’m surprised at the number of people that don’t know you can total up your things in the app and pay by card. Oops maybe I should’ve kept that a secret. I get out a lot faster because everyone’s waiting in the checkout lines. Don’t think that you need to have a business or a big family to shop here. They have a good selection of housewares, electronics, and clothing too.”

“This has been the first pharmacy that has not made me feel awful for the prescription that I take. Other pharmacies were rude and prejudged me just on that alone. I truly would recommend this pharmacy any day. All the staff that has helped me have been nothing, but kind, caring, and helpful. Also when my sister was here from another state for a funeral and feel ill with pneumonia, Craig and other staff were very helpful and sympathetic to her. They made sure she was taken care of and got her medication right away.”

“Came in to visit the Pharmacy. I had my immunizations done and the pharmacist was busy along with his assistant. I had an appointment, they kindly explained they couldn't keep my appointment time because they were short staffed. However, I would like to highlight their kindness in explaining what was happening and kept me there for another hour or so so they could complete my immunization appointment. I would like to recommend the courtesy and friendliness of the two of them yesterday. With excellent customer service I received yesterday. I would recommend this Walgreens for shopping items as well as for pharmacy appts or to pick up medications. Thank you both for your stellar service.”

My son has a med that is always on backorder and they notify me when I should order it so he doesn't miss a dose. They have researched meds if they are unavailable there and helped me to navigate filling them. They also have educated me of potential interactions side effects every time. “Great experience! I went to get gas on September 12 th. I paid $25 cash. I received a very important phone call and forgot to pump my gas. Oops!
Today I got in my car and realized that I was on empty. I went back to the gas station , spoke with Betty and explained the situation .
I told her the time how much I spent and what pump I was on… she reached into the cash register and had a note with $25 attached to it that said that somebody paid $25 on pump 8 and did not pump their gas. The person on duty’s name was Camille or something like that.
