“In the past 15 years in GVR, TKS is definitely the best!! I've used Walgreens, King Soopers and Mail order. Walgreens was the worst, every year more downhill. I switched to TKS last year and I'm so glad I did. Always great communication and beautiful smiles. Never have experienced that 'always out of medication' drama. “I had an issue with the prescription dosage my doctor at a different Intermountain Health clinic location prescribed to my daughter for her sinus infection and in my desperate calling around pharmacies at 7:45pm to figure it out, I ended up talking to a pharmacist at this location. He was amazing. Soooo helpful - talked me through what the issue was, how to resolve it with the doctor, and even ordered me medication to have on-hand as a back-up plan in case i couldn't get it resolved quickly. This was 10 minutes before they closed for the night! But he was patient and was the only person who helped me / provided me a kind ear that was reassuring. Then, again, in the morning i called back and spoke to a different pharmacist and she was able to understand what I was saying without me having to overexplain this odd situation. Luckily the dosage issue had been resolved and she was able to confirm that for me. In a time where AI is taking over and you are on hold forever with customer service, staff at this location should be applauded for their personal touch and helpful attitude!”

“I was recommended to RaphaRX when my physician closed down his in clinic pharmacy. Since switching over I have had a wonderful experience. There was a bit of a misunderstanding with another pharmacist that was filling in while the owner was out of the country but this was very quickly resolved. The owner/pharmacist called me personally and wanted to rectify the issue immediately. You can even have your prescriptions delivered! I really appreciate the care and compassion I feel every time I interact with the staff. Thanks everyone!”

“Intermountain Specialty and Home Delivery is a great pharmacy...I use both the specialty and home delivery sides and most of my interactions are very positive. Everyone who works there is really great. However, I was disappointed to hear today that when I fill out the online form for my specialty medications, it's exclusively AI that is processing that form, apparently with no oversight from a human. The way that the form is set up, it only asks for one medication, so I always write out both medications that are needed in that request line. It seems that sometimes AI doesn't recognize there are two medications that are needed, as this is the third time it has processed only one. Part of this is my fault for not reading the text that only one medication was processed. From what the tech said, it sounds like AI causes a lot of problems they have to fix, so why is there no human oversight if that's the case? I would think they should either stop using the form and have people call, or update the form so that AI can do a better job processing the requests. Either the form needs to be updated with the ability to request multiple medications, or there needs to be a function for patients with multiple specialty medications to have the form sent to an actual person to process.”

“My main spot for fuel is Sam's Club gas station for many reasons. It's always affordable and available. My membership with Sam's Club gives me an extra five cents off per gallon. The fuel is decent and the station tends to be well maintained. Recently, a fuel pump machine ran out of paper and I wasn't able to get a receipt. Even with a statement from my financial institution I'm the type who still prefers a receipt after point of sale. So I was disappointed about that.”

At Walgreens, my (very basic) prescriptions would sometimes take a week or two to get filled and getting ahold of a human for help was always a headache.
