“I had an issue with the prescription dosage my doctor at a different Intermountain Health clinic location prescribed to my daughter for her sinus infection and in my desperate calling around pharmacies at 7:45pm to figure it out, I ended up talking to a pharmacist at this location. He was amazing. Soooo helpful - talked me through what the issue was, how to resolve it with the doctor, and even ordered me medication to have on-hand as a back-up plan in case i couldn't get it resolved quickly. This was 10 minutes before they closed for the night! But he was patient and was the only person who helped me / provided me a kind ear that was reassuring. Then, again, in the morning i called back and spoke to a different pharmacist and she was able to understand what I was saying without me having to overexplain this odd situation. Luckily the dosage issue had been resolved and she was able to confirm that for me. In a time where AI is taking over and you are on hold forever with customer service, staff at this location should be applauded for their personal touch and helpful attitude!”

“My main spot for fuel is Sam's Club gas station for many reasons. It's always affordable and available. My membership with Sam's Club gives me an extra five cents off per gallon. The fuel is decent and the station tends to be well maintained. Recently, a fuel pump machine ran out of paper and I wasn't able to get a receipt. Even with a statement from my financial institution I'm the type who still prefers a receipt after point of sale. So I was disappointed about that.”

“I was so grateful to find this pharmacy. We were on vacation when my child became ill, and was diagnosed with Influenza B at the nearby ER. He was prescribed Tamiflu, but Walgreens didn’t have it and King Sooper didn’t have it, so I came here. Not only did they have it, but the pharmacist tested me, and discovered that I also had contracted Influenza B. She was able to prescribe Tamiflu for me as well. As a stranger in CO, I feel so grateful for the care and attention of this pharmacy which not only had what I needed for my child, but also caught that I was sick too. Thank you. ?”
“Great pharmacy! I called on the phone to find out if the drug I needed was available. And, fortunately, it was in stock. They spoke very politely, the amount was immediately announced and that payment was to be made in cash. It was also suggested that the medicine be put aside for me.I recommend! And if necessary, I will come again!Those who write to them, you see, did not smile, answered incorrectly, looked incorrectly, etc... are you serious?! The staff works as hard as they can and tries to help! When people come to the pharmacy, it is normal that everyone usually has questions about their medications. No need to be so capricious ?♀️”
“I love knowing I'm supporting a small, privately owned pharmacy instead of a big box retailer. At Walgreens, my (very basic) prescriptions would sometimes take a week or two to get filled and getting ahold of a human for help was always a headache. At Mercy, my prescriptions are ready usually the same day, and Sandy the pharmacist is so friendly, helpful, and communicative in text/call/in-person. Ditch big Rx and get your medicine from Mercy!”
“I have never had a bad moment at the 44th Ave, Lakeside location. Never! The pharmacy is clean, they are adequately staffed and very attentive to my needs. If there is an insurance difference in price between my Medicare plan and Good Rx, they will suggest the lower price option. While I do NOT like Walmart as such, I love this pharmacy!!!”

They have great tire prices. There is a good place inside where you can get pizza and other food. The food is very good. The only downside is that the cashier lines are sometimes long. The store has a good variety of products that they sell.”

The dentist and dentist assisstants provided excellent treatments for my parents. The dentist explained what needed to be done and what can cover by a dentist program. The whole team performed all needed procedures in a good time frame with high satisfaction.
