Had a bad experience, the Vietnamese lady that works there has a bad attitude for no reason and does not want to do her job, said my package was not there in a aggressive tone and will show her everything that she asked me and said every time no making excuses then I left and waited in my truck and she came with my package like really ? She treated me badly will definitely never coming back

I just got screamed at and the door slammed in my face by a woman because I had never been there and didn’t know there was a slot to put a pre-labeled packages. That was a first!

They don't delivery your package and closed when they supposed to be open. What a customer service!!! The lady that works there definitely !!!!!

I don't know her name, but one white hair Asian lady always has a bad attitude. She always talks to each customer rudely and yells at customers. A slightly younger-looking black hair asian lady is passive-aggressive and rude. When they work together, they whisper racially bad words. They are unprofessionally very unhelpful and really emotional. Any question will offend them.
I will never go to this one again.

Went by there on a Monday morning.. parking lot was over ran by a mob of homeless. Didn’t go and won’t ever go in the future.

The postal workers are professional, friendly, and helpful. You just have to wade through the illegals, bums, addicts, and psychos to get your mail.

They Lost a check that was several thousand dollars, mail man didn’t deliver mail for an entire week they did nothing about it. Went in circles for two weeks. I wouldn’t even waste your time with them use a different delivery service if you can

Josie (the rude Asian lady everyone is talking about) is the best. She’s not rude, just knows her job. She is straight to the point and polite at the same time. Josie enlightens people on how to do things they are sending out the correct way. My first time inside this post office. I will go in there again.

Went in for pre-labeled package drop off and asked if may have a receipt of drop off. Josie was clearly upset when she told me, “it’s in the computer with tracking, do you not understand?” Literally only asked for a receipt and was so furious I just left without saying another word.

Dumbest post office workers in the world. This post office sucks. I have delivery lockers at my apartment, and every time a package is delivered by them, it is returned. How can you say you can't deliver a package when there is literally a huge locker to put it in. These postmenopausal are lazy and stealing a salary from the government what a joke.
