The staff at this location are generally professional, friendly, and helpful. Customers appreciate the assistance they receive, such as help with mailing items or finding missing packages. Some reviews highlight the excellent customer service provided by specific staff members, noting their efficiency and willingness to help, even assisting with placing stamps on large quantities of mail. However, there are occasional frustrations, such as dealing with the presence of disruptive individuals, delays in receiving mail, or long wait times. Overall, the post office offers a good experience with dedicated employees who aim to assist customers and improve their experience.
Super nice staff, my only gripe is the random people loitering outside who are waiting for day work from the labor center. That whole block is notorious for loiterers--there should be a designated waiting area, not outside places of business.

Josie is so rude. It’s embarrassing to listen to her speak to customers. They close at random hours and I’ve never known a post office to take an hour lunch break. Ridiculous.

I find it funny the people who complain that the post office is closed for.lunch. they only usually have one employee in the building and they get a lunch break and there are two othe post offices in the area.
